BILOXI, Miss. (Aug. 17, 2026) – Homecoming festivities are just around the corner, and that means students will not only be choosing what to wear, but also where to have dinner and take photos before the big dance.
Beau Rivage’s Salt & Ivy is offering two prix fixe menus for Homecoming to help make dinner one less thing to worry about – with the added luxury of accommodating groups of up to 20 at a single table, while larger parties can be seamlessly accommodated at multiple tables. Salt & Ivy is also right at the resort's main entrance, allowing guests to valet-park and be just steps away from dinner.
To elevate the dining experience, all members of the party will select from one of these two prix fixe menus:
The $45 menu starts with a choice of house salad or creamy tomato basil soup, followed by an entrée choice of chicken pot pie; a crispy seafood plate of Mississippi farm-raised catfish, Gulf shrimp, hushpuppies, seasoned fries, and creamy coleslaw; or a house-ground char-grilled beef burger with choice of cheese on a toasted Hawaiian bun, served with Zapps chips.
The $65 menu starts with the choice of Caesar salad or fried green tomatoes with Louisiana shrimp and crawfish in a cream sauce, followed by an entrée choice of New Orleans-style BBQ shrimp and grits; a grilled pork chop with sweet potato mash, charred broccolini and a Beurre Blanc sauce; or a char-grilled ribeye with whipped mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, and a veal demi-glace.
Each dinner comes with a chef’s dessert platter and complimentary drink refills.
Salt & Ivy is open Monday and Tuesday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. and Sunday 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Reservations can be made on the Beau Rivage website at Salt & Ivy or by calling 888.750.7111.
