In addition to the breakfast menu served all day, Salt & Ivy has a brunch menu that is offered from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekends. Featured items include:
- Salmon Benedict, an English muffin with lemon-caper cream cheese, Norwegian smoked salmon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, imported salmon roe and choice of breakfast potatoes, grits, cheese grits or oatmeal.
- Eggs Sardou, poached eggs with creamed spinach and artichoke bottoms, topped with hollandaise sauce and bacon.
- Mudbug Eggs, an English muffin with poached eggs, topped with seafood cream sauce, bacon and choice of breakfast potatoes, grits, cheese grits or oatmeal.
- Crabcake Benedict, an English muffin topped with Maryland-style crabcakes, poached eggs, bearnaise sauce, imported salmon roe and choice of breakfast potatoes, grits, cheese grits or oatmeal.
- Bananas Foster French Toast, homemade banana bread cooked with a bourbon cinnamon egg custard, grilled banana and topped with a praline fosters sauce.
- Brunch Burger, a grass-fed beef patty topped with jalapeno bacon jam, an over-easy egg, tobacco onion strings, lettuce, tomato, onion and served with breakfast potatoes.
