LAS VEGAS, NV (August 17, 2026) – The party is back. Following a successful debut last year, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will host the second annual Block Party on Saturday, Sept. 5, from noon to 4 p.m. at Block 16 Urban Food Hall, the venue that helped spark Las Vegas' food hall movement. The lively culinary celebration will feature exclusive dishes, inventive cocktails, and an energetic street festival atmosphere.
Located on Level 2 of Boulevard Tower, Block 16 Urban Food Hall will transform into a dynamic celebration of food, flavor and entertainment as its acclaimed dining concepts, alongside neighboring venues, serve up one-day-only offerings, tastings and specialty beverages. Free and open to guests of all ages, the afternoon will also feature live DJ sets, interactive experiences, surprise performances, photo-worthy moments and limited-edition merchandise available for purchase.

BLOCK PARTY BITES & SIPS
Block 16 venues and offerings will include:
- Naughty Patty’s: The Strip’s burger babe returns with crave-worthy, limited-time creations, including the Beer Cheese Burger and Blueberry Lemon Pie Concrete. Playful character cutouts will provide a colorful backdrop for photo opportunities.
- Hattie B’s Hot Chicken: The Nashville favorite turns up the heat with spicy tenders, wings and Block Party specials.
- District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew: The New Orleans original will showcase its signature combination of sweet and savory with over-the-top donuts, sliders and specialty menu items.
- Tekka Bar: Handroll & Sake: Fresh signature hand rolls take center stage alongside sake shots and sake bombs.
- Bāng Bar by Momofuku: Bold global flavors, chewy bāng bread and boba tea will be complemented by a live vertical rotisserie display.
- Lardo: Born from a Portland food cart and built into a cult favorite, Lardo is serving up a Hot Italian Beef sandwich layered with black truffle, fontina and onion soup dip.
- Ghost Donkey: The hidden mezcal and tequila lounge brings its signature fiesta-inspired atmosphere to the celebration with colorful décor, samples of specialty cocktails featuring LALO Tequila and festive photo opportunities.
