Reservations Now Available: Renowned chef to debut a one-night-only menu featuring culinary highlights from his illustrious Las Vegas career
LAS VEGAS (June 24, 2024) – Recognized as a culinary icon around the world, Chef Julian Serrano will host a celebratory dinner honoring the 25-year legacy of his award-winning restaurant Picasso at Bellagio Resort & Casino on August 9.
The one-night-only Celebrate a Master epicurean event will feature a special menu of Chef Serrano’s revered classics, along with specially designed dishes that showcase his signature flavors and style. A pre-dinner cocktail reception, special toast with Chef Serrano and guests on the Picasso patio, photo opportunities and live entertainment including music, models and visual artists, also will be part of the evening in the legendary lakeside restaurant.

The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Picasso with a pre-dinner cocktail reception followed by a sit-down dinner expertly prepared by Chef Serrano and his talented culinary team. The evening will conclude with a special toast to the James Beard Award-winning chef on the Picasso patio, overlooking Bellagio Fountains, as guests are provided a special take home gift to commemorate the evening.
