LAS VEGAS (June 17, 2024) – WE’RE HAVIN’ A GOOD TIME COMEDY SHOW with Dusty Slay takes the stage at the David Copperfield Theater at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Thursday, Dec. 12. The southern comedian, known for his bourbon-voice and knack for observational, blue-collar humor, is scheduled to perform at 9 p.m.
Tickets start at $35 (not including applicable service charges) and go on sale to the general public Friday, June 21 at 10 a.m. PT. Tickets can be purchased online at mgmgrand.com, ticketmaster.com or at any MGM Resorts International box office. Members of MGM Rewards, MGM Resorts’ loyalty program, will receive access to a pre-sale Thursday, June 20 from 10 a.m. PT – 10 p.m. PT.
Sporting long hair, over-sized glasses and a trucker hat, Slay is approaching 20 years of performing his unique comedic cadence and conversational style to fans. The Nashville native grew up the son of a single mom in an Alabama trailer park, and in return, evokes laughs about everything from Cracker Barrel to his aversion to soap. Slay is a mainstay in the country music scene, making his Grand Ole Opry debut in 2019 – the youngest at the time and adding dozens of appearances in the historic Circle ever since. Slay has appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” and “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”
Most recently, Slay released his first hour-long Netflix special “Workin’ Man,” filmed at the Bijou Theatre in Knoxville, Tenn. He also announced the 35-show “The Night Shift Tour” in support of the new Netflix special. Additional information can be found at DustySlay.com.
