Hospitality Professionals Invited to Apply for Front-and Back-of-House Opportunities Ahead of One of the City’s Most Anticipated Restaurant Openings
LAS VEGAS, NV (October 27, 2026) – Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse, the Texas-inspired dining concept from Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan, will host a two-day open hiring event on Monday, Nov. 2, and Tuesday, Nov. 3, as it prepares to assemble its opening team ahead of its debut at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in early 2027.
The immersive restaurant brings the heritage of West Texas' Four Sixes Ranch directly to the Las Vegas Strip. The culinary program will reflect the approach of an elite boutique steakhouse, combining time-honored ranch recipes with prime-grade beef, signature cuts sourced directly from Four Sixes Ranch and bold flavors rooted in authentic Texas cuisine. An adventurous beverage program will complement the menu with specialty craft cocktails, a curated wine list, and rare spirits.
The hiring event offers hospitality professionals the opportunity to join the team behind one of the Strip's most anticipated new dining destinations. Openings are available across front- and back-of-house roles, including servers, bus runners, hosts, sommeliers, bartenders, apprentice bartenders, cooks, and master cooks.
