Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto to Showcase 10 Signature Dishes Throughout October

LAS VEGAS (September 30, 2026) – MGM Grand Hotel & Casino is celebrating a decade of culinary excellence at Morimoto Las Vegas, the acclaimed restaurant from world-renowned chef Masaharu Morimoto. To commemorate its 10-year anniversary, Morimoto Las Vegas will offer a special menu for the entire month of October.

"Chef Morimoto has made a lasting mark on the Las Vegas dining scene, and this anniversary honors his extraordinary legacy and the unforgettable culinary moments he continues to create."

Morimoto Las Vegas will mark the milestone with an à la carte anniversary menu featuring 10 global guest favorites spanning appetizers, sushi, entrées, desserts and cocktails. Standout dishes include Kakuni, 10 Hour Braised Pork Belly, Yellowtail Pastrami, Crispy Whole Fish and Grilled Pork Chop, complemented by signature cocktails such as the White Lily and Wagyu Manhattan, and desserts like Jasmine Panna Cotta and Crème Brûlée Doughnuts.
