With fall just around the corner, guests can savor new seasonal flavors and signature dishes across MGM National Harbor’s dining destinations, including Osteria Costa, TAP Sports Bar, and Diablo’s Cantina. Highlights include:

 

Osteria Costa

• Short Rib alla Vodka: Shredded braised short rib, pappardelle, garlic crumble
• Sweet Long Pepper: Stuffed with seasoned beef, pork, fontina, provolone, peas & rice, topped with seasoned breadcrumbs, zesty tomato sauce

Osteria Costa at MGM National Harbor will elevate its weekend dining options with Jazz Brunch on Sunday, September 27, from 1-4 p.m. The event will combine live jazz performances with the restaurant’s signature coastal Italian cuisine, traditional brunch selections, mimosas, and Bloody Marys.
