VOLTAGGIO BROTHERS WELCOME OLIVIA TIEDEMANN FOR SOLD-OUT HOUSE GUEST DINNER

Voltaggio Brothers Steak House will welcome Chef Olivia Tiedemann for its next sold out House Guest Series dinner this Thursday, September 17. Olivia, author of the new cookbook Eat (Like) the Rich, will join longtime friends Michael and Bryan Voltaggio for a five-course dinner inspired by her cookbook, featuring an array of delectable dishes like cornbread tayaki with smoked sturgeon and caviar, potato gnocchi with maitake mushrooms and brown butter, tomato-coconut glazed halibut and ash-coated Wagyu beef tenderloin with truffle hashbrowns and smoked cherries. Dessert will feature applewood smoked crémeux, salty caramel, strawberries and cappuccino ice. Guests will have the opportunity to watch the chefs at work and hear the inspiration behind each dish. Signed copies of Tiedemann’s cookbook will also be available as a keepsake.
