LAS VEGAS, NV (September 3, 2026) – The Chandelier, the radiant three-story cocktail haven at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, has unveiled a refined new chapter, featuring an innovative beverage program and elegant interior enhancements designed to elevate the guest experience.
"This new program reflects the evolution of The Chandelier as both a design masterpiece and a showcase for cocktail expression," said Gedeon Tsegaye, Head of Mixology at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. "Every element was approached with intention, from the ingredients and techniques to the presentation. Together with the venue's thoughtfully reimagined interiors, the cocktails create a layered journey of discovery that unfolds with each level, inviting guests to engage with The Chandelier in a way that feels immersive, sophisticated and unexpected."
Beverage Program
Created by Tsegaye, the new menu celebrates cocktail innovation through inventive techniques, and seasonal inspiration. Designed to encourage exploration, the program invites guests on a multisensory journey through every corner of the venue. Each distinct destination presents its own curated repertoire, complemented by four signature cocktails and three spirit-free alternatives, allowing guests to chart a personalized path of discovery and indulgence. Inspired by the changing seasons, the new beverage collection pairs fresh fruits, herbs, florals and warming spices with artful mixology to create sophisticated beverages that capture the spirit of The Chandelier. House-made foams, aromatic airs, smoked glass presentations, confections and custom garnishes transform each cocktail into an unexpected, multisensory experience – from the first presentation to the final sip.

Signature cocktails available on all three floors include:
- Espresso & Chicory O.F.: Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Ethiopian coffee, salted vanilla cold foam, chicory bitters and cocoa nibs
- Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: Vodka, cranberry, mandarin and lemon
- Butterfly-ing Forever: Tequila Ocho Blanco, Calenda Mezcal and butterfly yuzu emulsion
- Rare Characters: Six-year single-barrel whiskey, Lo-Fi Gentian Vermouth and St. George Spiced Pear Fino Sherry
Highlights from each level include:
- Top Level – Lime in the Coconut: Havana Club Añejo Rum, Manzanilla Sherry, pineapple, coconut and salted lime foam
- Level 1.5 – Pineapple & Co.: G4 Blanco Tequila, pineapple and lime cordial, Velvet Falernum, Suze Gentian and Angostura air
- Casino Level – See a Peach Drink a Peach: Havana Club Añejo Blanco Rum, peach and citrus cordial, and D.O.C. Prosecco
Spirit-free highlights available on all three floors include:
- Phony White Negroni: Gentian root, citrus peel, florals and bubbles
- Sparkling Maui Wowie: Lyre’s Agave Spirit, pineapple, mint, lime and Lyre’s sparkling wine
Design
The Chandelier’s aesthetic transformation extends across the casino level and Level 1.5, where new furnishings, bespoke details and thoughtfully reimagined seating elevate the venue’s most exclusive and intimate settings. A variety of new seating styles and configurations create flexible vignettes for both intimate gatherings and larger parties, while rich fabrics in jewel-toned hues amplify The Chandelier’s signature purple glow and celebrate the luster of its iconic namesake. The casino level maintains a more intimate, dramatic atmosphere, while the upper levels become progressively lighter and more vibrant, reflecting the transformative journey of light and complementing the distinct cocktail experience found on each floor.
