NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (July 23, 2026) – Last night, MGM National Harbor hosted its seventh Annual Employee Talent Show where talented team members across the resort took center stage for a chance to win a $2,000 grand prize. The event was open to the public, with all proceeds benefiting the MGM Resorts Foundation, making it a night that celebrated creativity, community and giving back. Last year, the MGM Resorts Foundation contributed more than $230,000 to 24 organizations through the DMV.

The night's top honor went to singer Toya Johnson from Sales & Events, earning the $2,000 grand prize.
