LAS VEGAS (July 7, 2026) – Summer in the city just got a lot cooler. Today, Park MGM launched its “Summer for Locals” seasonal program, turning the premier smoke-free resort into the ultimate neighborhood hangout for Las Vegas locals. Featuring a curated lineup of exclusive perks, the program is designed to help residents play, save and savor the absolute best of the resort now through September 30.

Parking Benefits
- All local guests can receive self-parking validation Sunday through Thursday with an eligible food, beverage or retail purchase valued $75 or more at Park MGM. For select event parking activations, the minimum qualifying spend for parking validation increases to $100 or more. To redeem, guests must present their qualifying retail or F&B receipt and parking ticket at the MGM Rewards Desk, where a team member will validate the parking prior to departure. Guests are not required to be members of MGM Rewards to receive free parking via this promotion.
- Note: Existing MGM Rewards members with Pearl status or higher receive daily complimentary self-parking.
Food & Beverage Offers
- Whether stopping in for a casual meal, cocktails with friends or a special night out, locals can enjoy 20% off food and beverage purchases, up to $500 per outlet, at participating Park MGM restaurants and bars Sunday through Thursday. The offer is available across a variety of dining destinations throughout the resort, excluding Dolby Live, Starbucks and Bavette’s Steakhouse & Bar. Offer applies to a single check; split checks are not permitted.
Play More, Get More FREEPLAY
- Park MGM introduces the exclusive Play More, Get More (PMGM), designed specifically for local MGM Rewards members without an active hotel reservation. Members are encouraged to make an incremental visit and achieve a personalized Tier Credit threshold within a designated earning period. Once the threshold is met, members will unlock Bonus FREEPLAY, redeemable exclusively at Park MGM. The promotion is available daily.
