MGM National Harbor Debuts New Supperclub Series at Osteria Costa

Stunning musical acts paired with coastal Italian cuisine makes for signature dining experience for Capital Region

 

NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (April 21, 2026) – MGM National Harbor’s signature coastal Italian restaurant, Osteria Costa, is debuting a monthly Supperclub experience on Friday, April 24. On the last Friday of every month, Osteria Costa Supperclub will immerse guests in a spectacle that pairs showstopping musical performances with gourmet cuisine that’ll keep patrons entertained from the first bite to the final act.

“Osteria Costa Supperclub brings a new energy to our portfolio, blending a four-course Italian menu with live entertainment in a vibrant, unforgettable atmosphere that evolves throughout the night,” said MGM National Harbor Executive Chef Anthony Cieplinski.  

Each event night unfolds in an intimate, low-lit setting, where soft table lighting creates a warm, alluring atmosphere. Guests enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course meal paired with complementary beverages, all set amongst live band performances and interactive entertainers who move throughout the space.

  • Welcome Drink: Select from an MGM Old Fashioned or Mango Margarita
  • Starters
    • Amuse Boche: Bluefin Tuna – crème fresh, Ossetra caviar
    • Insalate: Caesar Salad – crisp romaine hearts, percorino, croutons, creamy Caesar dressing
    • Primi: Crudo Di Tonno – citrus-marinated tuna, Amalfi lemon caper aiolo, parmesan cheese, pink peppercorn, microgreens
  • Secondi (select one)
    • Broiled Cauliflower Steak – sun-dried tomato, local watercress, white bean ragù, romesco
    • Duet of Chilean Sea Bass & Beef Tenderloin – cauliflower, greens, truffle madeira jus
    • Pappardelle Al Limone E Prosecco E Crab – jumbo lump crab & shrimp, sun-dried tomato, rocket, Amalfi lemon-Prosecco butter sauce
  • Fieto Fine: Lemon Panna Cotta – raspberry Grand Marnier, passion fruit foam
  • Wine and Champagne Pairings included
