LAS VEGAS, NV (April 16, 2026) – Two of Bellagio’s premier fountain-side restaurants, Lago and Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge, will debut exclusive late-night menus offered Fridays and Saturdays from 10:30 p.m. to 3 a.m., featuring signature dishes and curated beverage selections.
Lago
After-hours guests can indulge in Lago’s classic Italian dishes from its exclusive late-night menu, all while dining alongside the iconic Fountains of Bellagio. Menu highlights include Beef Carpaccio with Parmesan aioli, shaved fennel, and marinated artichoke, as well as the venue’s signature pizzas, such as the Black Truffle with taleggio, fingerling potato, lemon thyme, and agrodolce. Lago’s late-night menu launches April 17 and includes:

Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge
Yellowtail will debut an exclusive late-night offering featuring gyoza, rock shrimp, crispy tofu, sushi rolls, desserts, a signature bento box and Japanese-inspired cocktails. Yellowtail’s late-night menu launches May 22.
