Treat mom this Mother's Day at Beau Rivage

     

BILOXI, Miss. (April 2026) – Mother’s Day is right around the corner, and every mom deserves to be pampered.

Beau Rivage’s culinary teams are getting ready to help make mom feel the love with special menus so she can enjoy the day – without the dishes and the cooking.

Mom can also relax at The Spa & Salon, select a gift from the resort’s Shimmer and Shine shopping event, or enjoy a concert in the Beau Rivage Theatre.

BR PRIME

Treat mom to a Mother’s Day Brunch like no other at BR Prime on Sunday, May 10. Chef Nicholas Wright-Bodine has created an exclusive event that features blue crab benedict, fresh chilled seafood, made-to-order eggs and omelets, a chef’s carving station, a pastry display, bottomless mimosas, bloody Marys and champagne for $95 per person. Children under two are free.

In addition, live music with strolling violin and guitar featuring Gram Rea and Donte Nagle will entertain from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. during brunch service.

Reservations for Mother’s Day Brunch are required and can be made at BR Prime.

CORALINE’S

In addition to the regular menu at Coraline’s, Chef Austin Dedeaux will have a featured dish to celebrate Mother’s Day.

Enjoy a flour dusted halibut with citrus asparagus risotto, Gulf shrimp, jalapeno strawberry relish and fried leeks for $72.

Coraline’s is open from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Reservations for Mother’s Day can be made at Coraline's.

STALLA

Stalla is offering a prix fixe menu in addition to the full menu on Mother’s Day.

Chef Christian Cheskevick will be offering an appetizer of thick cut and lightly breaded fried zucchini and fried eggplant served over a peppery arugula and spicy vodka sauce, followed by a pan-seared Faroe Island salmon, pesto risotto with blistered cherry tomatoes, artichokes and spinach in a cream sauce, followed by carrot cake with burnt orange sauce, a ginger tuille and cream cheese gelato for $62.

Stalla is open 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Reservations can be made at Stalla.

JIA

Jia has a full menu on Mother’s Day and will have two features from Chef Nattalie Henderson.

Chef Nattalie is offering braised short ribs with crispy sour rice and tempura fried king mushroom for $68.88, as well as shrimp papaya salad that features shrimp, papaya, mango, spicy nuoc mum, crushed peanuts and cilantro for $28.88.

Jia is open 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Reservations can be made at Jia.

SALT & IVY

Whether brunch or dinner, Salt & Ivy Chef Zac Fillhart will be offering Mother’s Day features to make mom feel special.

Salt & Ivy’s surf & turf dinner entree for $55 features twin four-ounce filets and a six-ounce Maine lobster tail with loaded mashed potato and asparagus with hollandaise sauce.

In addition to Salt & Ivy’s Champagne Brunch menu featured every weekend, Chef Zac will offer a surf & turf benedict, with a filet, poached eggs and lobster meat on an English muffin, topped with bearnaise sauce and choice of grits or breakfast potatoes for $39.

Also for dinner, try the blue crab fritters, featuring imported lump blue crab with roasted corn maque choux and crab cream sauce for $22.

Don’t forget dessert. The special is a lemon blueberry tiramisu for $12, served all day.

Salt & Ivy is open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday. Reservations can be made at Salt & Ivy.

BEAU RIVAGE THEATRE

Chicago, a band that has been rocking for 45 years, bringing its catalog of hits including “Saturday In The Park,” “Baby What A Big Surprise,” “Color My World,” “You’re The Inspiration,” “If You Leave Me Now,” and “Beginnings,” to the Beau Rivage Theatre for three concerts May 8-10.

The legendary band continues to produce music and tours to enthusiastic crowds. Tickets start at $89.95 and can be purchased at Chicago the band.

SHIMMER AND SHINE JEWELRY TRUNK SHOW

Make mom sparkle with jewelry from Beau Rivage’s annual Shimmer and Shine Jewelry Trunk Show. From May 5-9, explore the resort’s retail promenade daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 

The five-day event brings in a variety of fine jewelry and luxury watch designers, offering shoppers a chance to discover new pieces just in time for Mother’s Day – or any special occasion.

 

Featured vendors include Rachel Katz, Coastal Grit, Pewter Graphics by Maurice Milleur, Studio Polo, Aubrey Adele, Susan Aggson and Ronaldo. In addition, representatives from Roberto Coin, Tissot, Tag Heuer, David Yurman, Lagos, Julie Vos, Gucci, John Hardy and Brighton will be on hand to help and advise shoppers.

THE SPA & SALON

The Beau Spa & Salon, ranked No. 4 by Spas of America, offers a full range of massages, facials, hair and nail services to pamper mom. Treat her to a massage, a haircut, a manicure or pedicure.
