LAS VEGAS, NV (March 17, 2026) – Spago at Bellagio will host an exclusive Williams Selyem wine dinner on Friday, April 17, 2026. The dining experience at Celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck’s lakeside restaurant will showcase a curated multi-course menu paired with selections from the renowned Russian River Valley winery, offering guests an opportunity to explore the depth and character of Williams Selyem’s celebrated wines alongside Chef Puck’s renowned seasonal cuisine. Williams Selyem winemaker Jeff Manghas will host this special evening, guiding guests through each pairing.

Founded in 1979 by Burt Williams and Ed Selyem, Williams Selyem began as a small garage winery in Forestville, California. The winery quickly gained national recognition for its vineyard-driven Pinot Noir and helped establish the Russian River Valley as a premier region for the varietal. Today, Williams Selyem is known for its limited-production wines sourced from some of Sonoma County’s most respected vineyards.
