Restaurants offering dining specials to celebrate the day
BILOXI, Miss (January 28, 2026) – When it comes to a love language, it could be a cozy meal, a relaxing massage, a shopping spree or a special gift, and Beau Rivage Resort & Casino has it covered to make Valentine’s Day a special event.
If a decadent dinner is on the menu, Beau Rivage’s culinary team has created special menus at BR Prime, Coraline’s, Stalla, Jia and Salt & Ivy to entice the tastebuds -- in addition to the regular menus that diners have come to love and look forward to enjoying.

Here’s what’s on the special menus at each restaurant:
BR PRIME
Beau Rivage’s award-winning steakhouse, BR Prime, presents several special offerings for Valentine’s Day dinner from 4:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14. Guests are invited to start with a velvety Honeynut Squash Veloute’ for $19. The main attraction is an elegant Chateaubriand Beef Wellington for two, with brown butter Robuchon potatoes, Spinach Madeline with Black Truffle Bordelaise, all for $165. The meal concludes with dessert fit for a romantic finish. The Sommelier’s Champagne feature for the evening includes Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut for $135 or Billecart Salmon Rose’ for $250.
CORALINE’S
Make Valentine’s Day unforgettable at Coraline’s. From 4:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., special features include Compressed Watermelon with Heirloom Tomatoes, Feta Goat Cheese, Balsamic Caviar and a Basil Vinaigrette ($22), Acqua Pazza Red Snapper, Shrimp, Clams and Tomato Cipollini with Fennel, Potato and Asparagus ($72), Tornado Chasseur, Beef Tenderloin, Brioche, Champignons, Roasted Heirloom Carrots and a Demi-Glace ($78) and a Raspberry and Dulcey Chocolate Cremeaux Heart, Devil’s Food Cake, Raspberry Marmalade and Freeze-Dried Berries with Hot Fudge Sauce and Valentine’s Day Deco ($18).
JIA
This Valentine’s Day, Jia has all of its Asian American offerings on its regular menu plus a featured offering from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m., for $72.88 per person. The featured items are a NY Strip Steak and Lobster Tail that features a 28-day dry-aged 14-ounce New York Strip Steak with a 4-ounce Lobster Tail, served with Fried Shiso Leaves, a Cilantro-Lime Mash and Furikake Tomato.
STALLA
This Valentine’s Day, let Stalla transport you to the Italian countryside with a prix fixe meal from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. for $75 per person. The evening begins with savory crab & pea arancini, made with fluffy saffron arborio rice, lump crab, mozzarella and pesto cream. The sumptuous main course is a ribeye Diane cooked to order and accompanied by cremini mushrooms, caramelized shallots and fresh herbs in a brandy cream sauce served with broccolini and garlic mashed potatoes. Add a Lobster Thermador for $42. Finish the meal with a decadent Dubai Chocolate gelato with fresh strawberries.
SALT & IVY
Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Salt & Ivy all weekend with a special prix fixe meal from 4 p.m. – 12 a.m. on Feb. 12-15 for $75 per person. Begin with a choice of appetizers for your meal with Strawberry Fields – field greens, candied pecans, goat cheese and lemon poppy dressing – or Crawfish, Crab and Shrimp Bisque. The main course offerings are a choice of a 6-ounce filet mignon, served with roasted garlic and chive mashed potatoes, asparagus and a port wine reduction, or Airline Chicken with a sweet potato souffle, Heir cot Verts and a brown butter herb veloute’ or Blackened Kingklip served with jasmine rice, asparagus and a seafood cream sauce. Top off the meal with a New York style cheesecake for two with fresh berries, crème Anglaise, raspberry coulis and white chocolate shavings.
