Located on the resort’s top floors, the penthouse transformation encompasses bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas, each reimagined with bespoke furnishings, rich finishes and atmospheric lighting. The result is a series of luxurious retreats defined by energy and style, thoughtfully designed by Studio Gaia.

Starting at 1,900 square feet and available in two-three and four-bedroom configurations, each penthouse has been meticulously designed to create an elevated experience.
Living Spaces
At the heart of every penthouse is a 360-degree living room conceived as a true gathering place. Loft-inspired interiors feature sculptural round chaises, glass-topped dining tables, sleek wet bars and statement chandeliers that set the stage for celebration. Art curated by Rare Culture adds character throughout, while floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces open to sweeping views of the Las Vegas Valley. A palette of rich golds and purples accented by textured finishes give the rooms drama and depth.
Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Amenities
Bedrooms carry forward the playful, unconventional spirit of the living rooms, serving as bold yet inviting retreats with either king or queen beds. Bathrooms feature striking black-and-white stone, expansive mirrors and whimsical framed art, anchored by a dramatic fabric string chandelier. Select suites include unexpected touches like foosball tables or private Peloton® gyms with unmatched views of The Strip, while every penthouse comes with a dedicated butler to ensure a personalized and luxurious stay.
