LAS VEGAS, NV (October 23, 2025) – Red Plate at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will host an exclusive wine pairing dinner on Saturday, November 1, in collaboration with one of Napa Valley’s most prestigious wineries, DANA Estates. This one-night-only experience will pair the elegance of Asian culinary artistry with the depth and character of Napa Valley’s finest wines.
Founded in Rutherford, Napa Valley, DANA Estates is celebrated for its heritage, terroir and exceptional Sauvignon Blancs and Cabernet Sauvignons, including the 100-point Lotus Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. Guests will enjoy a six-course menu featuring live Alaskan King Crab and A5 Wagyu Beef from Kagoshima Prefecture, paired with beautiful Dana Estates vintages for an evening of refined flavor and elevated dining.
Tickets for the DANA Estates Wine Dinner at Red Plate are $1,500 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
