Highly anticipated London restaurant now accepting reservations
LAS VEGAS (October 21, 2025) – Gymkhana Las Vegas, the two Michelin-starred London restaurant celebrated for classic Indian cuisine and hospitality, is now accepting reservations for its first U.S. location at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Reservations are available and can be made in advance of the restaurant’s public opening on Wednesday, December 3.
Gymkhana Las Vegas will be open seven nights a week from 5 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., and reservations can be secured via ARIA.com or by calling ARIA Concierge at (702) 590-9520.
The menu will showcase many of Gymkhana’s signature dishes, broadly focusing on tandoor-grilled specialties, classic regional curries, fragrant biryanis and chaat-style sharing plates. Alongside the signature culinary offerings, there will be new dishes exclusive to the Las Vegas location. The restaurant’s bar will feature Indian-inspired cocktails with modern interpretations of renowned classics – all made with premier spirits and ingredients to offer a variety of curated beverage options based on guest preference.
Founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi of JKS Restaurants, the original Gymkhana in London is one of the city’s most celebrated and in-demand restaurants, beloved by A-listers and critics alike. The cuisine takes influence from the breadth of India and is renowned for its bold flavors and rich, layered spicing rooted in tradition.
