Finish dinner off with a tastefully-crafted sweet Meyer lemon and brie cheese tart with pistachio crumble. Bring you sweetheart to Terrace Café this Valentine’s Day for an indulgent three-course meal. Dinner begins with a spring salad of baby lettuce, spinach, strawberries, shaved red onion and candied pecans topped with strawberry Champagne vinaigrette. Entrée selections include a choice of a chicken breast stuffed with roasted red pepper, spring onion, fontina cheese. Creole tomato cream, roasted cauliflower and polenta cake; or a filet mignon and stuffed shrimp served with garlic whipped red potatoes, braised red cabbage and a red wine reduction. Dessert is a handmade raspberry tian, an almond sponge cake with raspberry mousse, mirror glaze, chocolate abstract and berry coulis.
