Stop in Jia between Friday, Feb. 14 and Saturday, Feb. 15 and immerse yourself in a fusion of flavor. Start the experience off with the filet mignon carpaccio with chives, ginger and Yuzu soy ($20.88), then choose from an 8-ounce filet with an 8-ounce lobster tail for two served with roasted butternut squash, taro mash and salsa rojo ($125.88) or a crispy fried whole red snapper served with oyster mushrooms, chili and garlic broccolini ($42.88). The featured desserts are chocolate hazelnut pot sticker drizzled with raspberry sauce or a pink ombre cheesecake decorated with delicious strawberries and raspberries ($12.88).


Bring your sweetheart to the best Italian spot on the Coast this Valentine’s Day. Stalla offers a tantalizing three-course meal for two for only $95. Dinner starts with an herb risotto stuffed with veal ragu served with spicy balsamic Pomodoro sauce. Guests can select from one of three entrees: Branzino, a fire-roasted whole bass stuffed with rosemary, lemons and garlic served on a bed of roasted root vegetables; Osso Bucco, braised veal shank served on a bed of gorgonzola and green pea risotto topped with gremolada or Braciole di Manzo, a tenderized beef rolled with fontina, pistachio and prosciutto braised in pomodora and served with garlic parmesan mashed potatoes. For dessert, couples will share a hazelnut lava cake a la mode. 

The 24/7 Terrace Café is offering an indulgent $45 Valentine’s Day menu from 5 p.m.-10 p.m. that consists of a delicious three-course meal. Dinner will begin with a savory Italian wedding soup made with homemade meatballs simmered in a rich chicken stock with roasted garlic, carrots, kale and ditalini pasta, topped with grated parmesan. The entrée selections include a choice of a crab crusted redfish with roasted garlic white wine velouté crab tossed in Japanese breadcrumbs and fresh herbs, placed over an oven roasted redfish baked and served with parmesan crusted broccolini, creole crusted potatoes and classic vin blanc sauce; or a hand-cut ribeye marinated in garlic, rosemary and olive oil, chargrilled and served with orzo pasta tossed with Greek olives, feta cheese, wilted spinach and classic peperonata. Dessert is a handmade zeppole lightly sweetened dough fried and tossed in cinnamon and sugar. Served with vanilla bean ice cream and warm chocolate sauce.
