Red, White and Beau - Holiday Weekend Features Abound at Beau Rivage
Celebrate Independence Day at MGM Resorts International’s Coastal Mississippi resort
BILOXI, Miss. – Celebrate Independence Day weekend at Beau Rivage with festive holiday fare and live entertainment throughout the course of the holiday weekend.
Crab legs make their return to The Buffet Saturday, July 1, as part of the featured holiday menu served from 10 a.m. – 10 a.m. daily July 1-4. Joining Snow Crab Legs on the menu are Herb Crusted Prime Rib, Texas-Style Beef Brisket, Cajun Boiled Shrimp, BBQ Pork Steaks and Bananas Foster. From 8 -10 a.m., traditional brunch fare will be served. The Buffet’s holiday dinner menu is $64.99, and brunch is $35.99 per person.
Salt & Ivy offers its traditional Champagne Brunch from 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. with bottomless mimosas and it will also feature a Honey BBQ Pork Sandwich with Coleslaw, Bread & Butter Pickles and French Fries during lunch and dinner service from Saturday through the July 4 holiday.
In addition to specialty items on the menus, several dining outlets will have expanded hours to accommodate guests. BR Prime, Beau Rivage’s award-winning steakhouse, adds dinner service on Sunday, July 2, from 5 -10 p.m. with the bar opening at 4:30 p.m. On Tuesday, July 4, along with its regular menu BR Prime features a 16 oz. Hand-Carved Prime Rib served with a Baked Potato, Fresh Vegetable, Au Jus and Horseradish Sauce.
For the Independence holiday weekend, Jia offers the Independence Roll, with Shrimp Tempura, Cream Cheese, Daikon, Crawfish, Eel Sauce and Blue Crunch. The Pan-Asian restaurant will be open, offering its full menu on Tuesday, July 4, from 4:30 -10 p.m.

Festive features can also be found at The Daiquiri Shop and The Roasted Bean. Refreshing fruit nachos layered with Seasonal Melons, Peaches, Grapes, Fresh Berries, Sweet Crispy Tortillas, Sugar Fondue and Whipped Cream and Red, White and Blue Daiquiris take the spotlight at The Daiquiri Shop, served during regular hours of operation on July 1-2 as well as special hours on July 4, 12-9 p.m. At The Roasted Bean, a red and blue Firecracker Loaded Tea, as well as Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting topped with Blueberries, and a Red Velvet and Blueberry Cheesecake present colorful sweet treat options the entire month of July.
On the pool deck, DJ Hyphee will be spinning the tunes Saturday through Tuesday of the holiday weekend, with Birria Street Tacos, Mexican Street Corn and Sno-Balls featured at Pool Bar & Cafe.
