LAS VEGAS (May 28, 2026) – Bellagio Resort & Casino will celebrate the legacy of its legendary French restaurant, Le Cirque, with special prix fixe farewell menus available for a limited time, leading up to the restaurant’s final service on August 23.
Long regarded as one of the most acclaimed fine dining destinations in Las Vegas, Le Cirque has welcomed guests from around the world with its refined French cuisine, impeccable service and whimsical elegance since opening at Bellagio in 1998. Throughout its celebrated history, the restaurant has earned countless accolades, including the AAA Five Diamond Award and recognition from the world’s leading culinary guides and publications.
Inspired by some of the restaurant’s most iconic dishes throughout the years, the menu offerings will give guests an opportunity to experience Le Cirque’s celebrated culinary artistry one final time before the restaurant closes its chapter at Bellagio.
Guests may select from a specially curated three-course experience priced at $185 per person, a four-course experience for $255 per person or the restaurant’s signature six-course dégustation menu for $310 per person. Optional beverage enhancements will also be available, including a Classic Wine Pairing for $150 per person, Premium Wine Pairing for $290 per person, and a Champagne Flight for $270 per person.
