OSTERIA COSTA REOPENS MAY 13 AT MGM NATIONAL HARBOR AND INTRODUCES SUNDAY BRUNCH
The bottomless brunch experience complements the casual coastal restaurant’s
highly-anticipated reopening.
NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (May 10, 2022) – MGM National Harbor’s popular coastal Italian restaurant, Osteria Costa, will reopen for service on Friday, May 13, along with welcoming a new bottomless brunch experience which will debut Sunday, May 15. Guests will be able to reacquaint themselves with Osteria Costa’s authentic Italian cuisine and explore the new menu featuring a buffet of Italian twists on classic brunch dishes.
“Our signature Italian restaurant is finally back and serving up all of the coastal favorites our guests have grown to love, along with a new Sunday bottomless brunch offering,” said Anthony Cieplinski, Executive Chef at MGM National Harbor. “The DC area has many incredible brunch options and we’re thrilled we can now offer our own, at an unmatched location, that provides a resort full of after-brunch entertainment.”
Brunch Italiano Available on Sundays for $49 (excluding tax and gratuity), guests will experience the endless decadence of modern brunch with the bold flavors of Italian cuisine in addition to bottomless mimosas and Bellinis. Classic dishes that draw inspiration from the southern region of Italy include Fusilli Bolognese and Rigatoni Primavera along with culinary stations that will feature Make-Your Own-Pasta and Personalized Omelets. The restaurant will also create unique brunch pizzas for guests to enjoy including Cinnamon Roll Pizza with cream cheese frosting and the quintessential Scrambled Eggs and Bacon Pizza with a sausage gravy.
Not to be missed, the Baked Eggs with Spicy Pomodoro Sauce and French Toast Bread Pudding lend way to a decadent selection of Italian desserts including Vanilla Panna Cotta with fresh berries and Caramel Budino.
Holiday brunch will take place throughout the year where special pricing will apply and feature an elevated buffet experience including a carving station, chilled seafood display, charcuterie and more.
Dinner on the Amalfi Coast
Evening service will see the return of the seaside flavors of the Amalfi Coast including Neapolitan pizzas, hearty entrees, fresh-grilled seafood and more. Guests can look forward to indulging in coastal Italian flavors with favorites such as the fresh, citrusy Chicken Al Limone, classic Linguini and Clams and light and crispy Fritto Misto.
