Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas continues to inspire families and friends to gather and reconnect with unforgettable experiences. Veranda, the Hotel’s modern American restaurant, is set to play the consummate host to a new weekly afternoon tea service every Saturday beginning March 5.
Executive Chef Michael Goodman has created a stunning selection of sweet and savory delights exquisitely presented in a multi-tiered tower. A variety of sandwiches on freshly baked breads offer elevated takes on classic favorites such as the deviled egg salad and turkey BLT, as well as signature flavors such as the house-made smoked salmon with citrus chive truffle cream. Traditional scones served with fresh Devonshire cream, lemon curd and strawberry preserves are the perfect accompaniment to any tea service. For those with a sweet tooth, the brightness from the mango passionfruit panna cotta and raspberry cheesecake are balanced by the richness of the blackberry almond tart and dark chocolate mousse.
Tea service features a wide selection of herbal-infused Rishi Tea, an organic and sustainable tea collection inspired by global food cultures. There is a tea to suit every taste ranging from floral flavors of jasmine and golden chamomile blossoms, to the robust and full-bodied English breakfast and Earl Grey supreme. Upgrade to the Champagne Laurent-Perrier service for an even bubblier experience. Each sip is imbued with the vintner’s founding values of passion, creative boldness and a free spirit.
