DETROIT – Spring and summer are in the air at D.PRIME Steakhouse and Lounge located inside MGM Grand Detroit as a new menu debuts Thursday, April 6, 2023.

New menu additions include a Roasted Seafood Platter, Wild Mushroom Soup, Pan-Seared Branzino, Maple Glazed Salmon and Smoked Sea Salt and Truffle Fries. Favorites such as D.PRIME’s open flame and oak-grilled steaks remain on the menu along with the D.PRIME Burger and Baked Jumbo Lump Crabcake.

“We’re thrilled to develop an exciting menu with some familiarity but also with a fresh spin that is uniquely Detroit,” said D.PRIME Executive Chef Derek Mattison. “We’ve spent months creating delicious dishes you can’t find anywhere else in the city and can’t wait for our guests to experience them.”
