Distinctive chef-driven, interactive experiences are uniquely crafted with food and drink epicureans in mind. A Tribute to Neil Diamond

Friday, March 24
$275 per person

Join Greg and Marc Sherry of Old Homestead Steak House for a lustrous wine dinner prepared by Executive Restaurant Chef Amador Campos. A four-course menu celebrates the multifaceted singer-songwriter Neil Diamond, whose unforgettable lyrics have become part of our cultural canon.

Chef Campos begins the meal with “Love on the Rocks,” a healthy helping of Wellfleet Harbor Baked Clams with rock shrimp and crab meat along a bed of Himalayan Rock Salt. The “You Don’t Bring Me Flowers” Red Romaine Caesar salad is topped with shaved Grana Padano and Cardini’s dressing. Say “Hello Again” to your main dish, a 16-ounce Bone-In Filet Mignon with a side of Vitelotte potatoes and grilled pencil asparagus. Dessert will have guests singing “Sweet Caroline,” thanks to the impressive Salted Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake. Enjoy extraordinary and expressive selections from DAOU Vineyards paired with each dish, then reminisce at home with a bottle of DAOU Sequentis Reserve Merlot gifted for your personal cellar.

Eat, Sip, Learn, Repeat. Spend the afternoon with Executive Chef Aram Mardigian learning how to prepare some of his personal seasonal favorites during an interactive cooking demonstration inside American Bar & Grille.

Complemented by wine, enjoy a multi-course lunch while taking a flavor-filled journey through the preparation of specialty dishes certain to impress at your next at-home dinner party. The meal begins with a delightful Artichoke Soup made with crab and topped with goat cheese marshmallows. The main course serves a delectable Braised Spring Lamb Shoulder made with olives and prosciutto with a side of Creamy Saffron Pastina with spring peas and Pecorino Romano. The Strawberry and Rhubarb Cobbler is made with a vanilla crème fraiche ice cream for dessert.
