MGM Springfield Celebrates New Year’s Eve with Exciting Entertainment throughout Resort
WHAT: MGM Springfield invites guests to welcome the new decade with comedy, live music, restaurant specials and more. The popular Roar! Comedy Series will deliver two special performances, featuring actor and producer Jamie Kennedy at The Armory, as well as the return of America’s Got Talent stars Samuel J. Comroe and Vicki Barbolak for a joint performance at Symphony Hall.
Guests looking to dance the night away can head to TAP Sports Bar for a decades-themed party, featuring a live band, DJ, brews and bites. VIP bowling packages will be available starting at $350 and packages for “Base Camp,” the outdoor igloo experience featuring holiday beer offerings, will start at $500. Each package includes one complimentary bottle of champagne for a midnight toast.
MGM Springfield also will offer festive experiences throughout the casino floor. Visitors can commemorate the new year with a photo from the interactive multi-color LED lightbox photo booth located near main valet, as well as enjoy the high-energy 80s pop cover band Spazmatics next to Casino Bar. The Chandler Steakhouse will feature specialty dishes including 35-day Dry Aged 32-ounce Porterhouse, 20-ounce Lobster Tails and Lobster Twice Baked Potatoes. Cal Mare will offer Truffle Raviolo, Lobster Carbonara and Zampone.
