SPRINGFIELD, MASS. (June 5, 2019) – MGM Springfield will offer guests an unforgettable epicurean journey at The Chandler Steakhouse on Tuesday, June 11 with a one-night-only Champagne dinner.

Hosted in collaboration with Veuve Clicquot, the evening will feature a four-course menu of The Chandler Steakhouse’s seasonal highlights prepared by the restaurant’s team of talented chefs. Each course will be expertly matched with a pairing from the award-winning French Champagne house’s premium collection including La Grande Dame 2006, Veuve Clicquot’s prestige cuvée, in addition to the newest and most exclusive member of the family, Veuve Clicquot Rich, and more.

The memorable dining experience will commence at 6 p.m. with a reception in The Chandler Steakhouse’s lounge where guests can enjoy a Veuve Clicquot Rich and blood orange specialty cocktail and hor d’oeuvres, followed by a four-course pairing dinner that will include: 

• Tempura Softshell Crab with Mandarin chili vinaigrette and daikon slaw; paired with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label 
   
• Pickled Watermelon Radish Salad with arugula, fennel, pecorino and shaved speck; paired with Veuve Clicquot Rosé
   
• Monkfish “Osso Bucco” with garlic braised fiddleheads, saffron farro pilaf, Champagne-butter sauce and blistered tomatoes; paired with Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2006
   
• Roast Pears with Champagne sabayon; paired with Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec
