LAS VEGAS (April 28, 2023) – MGM Resorts International is launching a Candlelight Concert Series and philanthropic effort to celebrate its meetings and conventions clients throughout the United States. Benefitting Save The Music Foundation, the invite-only events provide clients a one-of-a-kind experience demonstrating MGM Resorts’ position as a leader in live entertainment and its commitment to serving and uplifting communities. The series kicked off last night at the Wimbish House in Atlanta, Ga.

The Candlelight Concert Series will travel to additional markets across the country through July, entertaining MGM Resorts’ clients in, Chicago, Boston, New York, Dallas, Los Angeles and Minneapolis. Guests can expect an unforgettable night of contemporary music performed by a string quartet, with each concert focusing on the musical portfolio of Beyonce, Coldplay or “From Bach to Beatles.” Presented by leading live-entertainment discovery platform Fever, performances are hosted in intimate, awe-inspiring venues completely illuminated by candlelight.

“The Candlelight Concert Series reflects MGM Resorts’ dedication to our customers and their communities by creating unparalleled entertainment experiences not just in Las Vegas, but around the country,” said Stephanie Glanzer, Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer for MGM Resorts. “We are honored to work with Fever and Save The Music Foundation to bring these events to life while supporting such an important organization.”

At the conclusion of the series, a donation will be made on behalf of attendees to Save The Music Foundation, a nonprofit committed to helping students, schools and communities reach their full potential through the power of making music. For 25 years, Save The Music has invested in public schools across the nation to ensure communities receive equitable access to music education resources. MGM Resorts’ donation will be presented during the Candlelight concert in Los Angeles on Thursday, June 22, with proceeds directly supporting an under-resourced music program for a Mississippi-based middle school.

Furthering its focus on what matters, MGM Resorts will gift to each event guest a custom candle from Thistle Farms, a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to helping women survivors of human trafficking and exploitation heal by providing safe places to live, a meaningful job and a lifelong community of support.
