New Year’s Eve at The Mayfair Supper Club
Exclusively for New Year’s Eve, The Mayfair Supper Club will serve two prix-fixe menus for guests ringing in 2020. Diners are encouraged to stay after their seating to enjoy the show and party that will continue throughout the evening and into the early morning.

New Year’s Day Brunch with Special Guest Diane Mina at BARDOT Brasserie

Bloody Mary connoisseur and founder of Bella Mina Gardens, Diane Mina, will showcase her signature bloody marys during brunch at BARDOT Brasserie on New Year’s Day. Made with Diane Mina’s own organic bloody mary mixes, the brunch blends include Diane’s Classic, made with her original mix and Tito’s Vodka ($15); and The Dirty Diane made with Dirty Diane’s Jalapeño Mix and Kimo Sabe Mezcal ($16). Diane Mina will be at BARDOT to meet and greet guests throughout the brunch.

New Year’s Eve 2020 at Rivea

Guests are invited to ring in the new year with a specialty three-course prix-fixe dinner at Rivea. With 180-degree views of the city capturing the midnight fireworks display from the Las Vegas Strip, this ultimate celebratory experience will be unparalleled. Ring in the New Year at The NoMad Restaurant

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a signature prix-fixe dinner at The NoMad Restaurant, followed by live performances by jazz musician, Brian Newman. To pair with dinner, a Dom Pérignon menu also will be offered throughout the night. Continue the New Year’s celebration with an exclusive brunch at The NoMad Restaurant on January 1 featuring a two-course menu and a selection of a-la-carte brunch items. To pair with brunch, boozy breakfast cocktails will be available, including bottomless mimosas ($20 per person) and bottomless bloody marys ($30 per person).

Dim Sum Brunch at Jasmine

Jasmine will honor Lunar New Year with extended hours to offer its annual dim sum brunch ($68.88 per person). The restaurant, known for its authentic Cantonese, Szechwan and Hunan cuisines and beautifully replicated Chinese art, will further celebrate the holiday with items created for good luck including steamed Golden Oyster and Sea Moss and Braised Pork Shank

Lunar New Year Menus at Blossom

Transcend in Chinese tradition this Lunar New Year at Blossom with special menus and extended hours. In honor of the holiday, Blossom will open for lunch, serving authentic Chinese cuisine including Stewed Ox Tripe with satay sauce and Barbecue Pork and Duck over rice. Dinner specials will include Pan-Fried Pork with rice stick and Lamb Stew Hot Pot.

Lunar New Year Chef’s Special at Lemongrass
ARIA’s beloved Thai restaurant concept, Lemongrass, will honor the Lunar New Year with a chef’s special available throughout the week. Menu specials will include Ginger Scallion Lobster Noodles, Braised Whole Abalone, Water Prawn in Garlic Sauce and more.

Seafood Specials for Lunar New Year at Morimoto

Guests can dive into the Lunar New Year with fresh seafood dishes at Morimoto. Menu highlights will include Live King Crab, Live Spiny Lobster, Live Prawns and Japanese Uni.

The Mayfair Supper Club to Open December 31 at Bellagio

Renowned for a portfolio of ‘must-visit’ experiences that forever transformed the city, Bellagio will once again change the way visitors think about a night on the town with the launch of The Mayfair Supper Club on New Year’s Eve. Inspired by top supper clubs in London and around the world, The Mayfair will redefine the traditional “dinner and a show” for today’s traveler with a restaurant that evolves throughout the evening, amplifying in energy as dusk shifts to night. Guests will be able to indulge in contemporary American cuisine while enjoying live entertainment performances nightly, set to the greatest backdrop in the world – the Bellagio Fountains.

Mayfair After Dark
As the curtains close on traditional dinner hours, the vibe shifts to Mayfair After Dark offering a fresh take on Las Vegas nightlife that abandons the velvet rope. The Mayfair’s scene heats up into a sensory-consuming bash. The experience melds a late-night dinner menu, available until 2 a.m., with DJ beats intertwining with live musical acts. The all-night dance party goes until 3 a.m. with unexpected vignettes appearing throughout the venue, performers descending from the ceiling, and sexy routines illuminating the venue.

Jazz Sundays
On Sundays, The Mayfair will curate a swanky jazz dinner and a new way to experience the restaurant. The band and singers will serenade the dining room with original versions from the Great American Songbook perfectly paired with the restaurant’s contemporary takes on American classic cuisine.

New Cocktail Menu at Petrossian Bar
Petrossian Bar has added a selection of artisanal tea-infused cocktails to its unique beverage program. New additions to the elevated cocktail menu include the Knights in White Satin, made with Masala Chai-infused Selvarey White Rum, Chateau Arton Blanche Armagnac, Italicus Bergamot, Cointreau, almond orgeat and lemon; and the Mariner & Mule with Roku Gin, matcha green tea, ginger and lime, topped with yuzu soda. Petrossian Bar also has revamped several old hotel bar classic cocktails including Le Salty Dog, made with Grey Goose Le Citron, Giffard Pamplemousses, grapefruit and Himalayan pink salt; and the Conservatory Cup made with Spring 44 Vodka, Pimm’s No 1, English cucumber, ginger and lemon.


Din Tai Fung Expands Soup Dumpling Empire to Las Vegas at ARIA

The soup dumplings once described by the late Pulitzer Prize winner Jonathan Gold as “small miracles” will find a new home as Din Tai Fung announces its first Las Vegas location, joining the stellar culinary line-up at ARIA in 2020. The esteemed Taiwanese dumpling and noodle house, with more than 170 restaurants in 13 countries, will debut mid-to-late 2020.


MGM Grand to Open International Smoke December 30

Award-winning chef Michael Mina and renowned restaurateur Ayesha Curry will light up Las Vegas with their nationally recognized dining collaboration, International Smoke, opening December 30 at MGM Grand. Inspired by Curry and Mina’s shared love of global travels and international cooking techniques, International Smoke is a chef-driven, wood-fired cooking experience that delivers flavorful, smoke-infused dishes.

Sale-a-brate at Eataly Las Vegas 

Start 2020 off right with the biggest sale of the year at Eataly Las Vegas at Park MGM. From January 3 through February 2, celebrate the Eataly brand’s 13th anniversary with exclusive sales on select Italian wine, fresh products, retail, and more. Kick things off with Spaghettata (a special celebration for National Spaghetti Day) on January 4. All month long, discover high-quality, authentic Italian products and round out the celebrations with Dry Aged Day (featuring special pricing on select dry-aged cuts) on February 1.

The Mirage Welcomes Diablo’s Cantina December 23

The Mirage Hotel & Casino will expand its portfolio of diverse culinary works with the debut of Diablo’s Cantina, opening Monday, December 23. The new location, open for lunch and dinner, will reimagine the unique south-of-the-border concept, which debuted at Luxor in 2018. This is Diablo’s second location in the MGM Resorts portfolio.

Happy Hour and Taco Tuesday at Hecho en Vegas

MGM Grand’s exuberant Mexican restaurant, Hecho en Vegas, will introduce a new happy hour and Taco Tuesday, beginning Tuesday, January 14. Guests can grub on a selection of tacos every Tuesday for $5 each, including chicken al pastor, conchinita pibil and carne asada.

Happy Hour will be offered daily from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., featuring $8 draft beers, house margaritas, nachos, quesadillas and flautas; and $5 street tacos.

Seasonal Specials at Avenue Café
Celebrate the winter season at Avenue Café with specialty items featured on the restaurant’s decadent breakfast menu. The vibrant, retro café will offer Smoked Salmon Benedict, with poached eggs and smoked salmon, topped with tomato caper hollandaise sauce on a toasted brioche bun ($25); Lemon Ricotta Pancakes topped with vanilla whipped cream ($18); Poached Pear Salad with red wine poached pears, field greens, candied walnuts, shaved red onion, tossed with bleu cheese vinaigrette ($15); and Filet and Lobster, served with grilled filet mignon, grilled lobster tail, roasted petit squash and garlic mashed potatoes ($32).

Tartufi & Funghi Menu at Manzo in Eataly Las Vegas

Elevate dinner plans with tartufi e funghi, or truffles and mushrooms, featured on a special menu at Manzo. This limited-edition menu features the esteemed seasonal truffles and high-quality wild mushrooms with special dishes, tableside Urbani truffle shaving, customizable courses and more.

New Happy Hour at Crack Shack
Crack Shack at Park MGM has introduced a new happy hour, available every Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the bar. $3 off specialty cocktails and $2 off beer and wine, will be offered in addition to an assortment of “crack snacks,” including chicken tenders ($5); and biscuit sliders ($3). The happy hour menu will also reimagine a childhood favorite with its “Happy Adulting Meal,” which includes chicken tenders, fries and a domestic beer ($10).

“Pancake of the Week” at Pantry

The Mirage’s 24-hour homespun restaurant, Pantry, will offer a signature “Pancake of the Week” throughout the month of January. Available all day, guests may fulfill sweet tooth cravings with the Cinnamon Roll Stack, with sweet cinnamon cream and cream cheese frosting ($16), offered from January 6 to 19; and the Cookies and Cream, with cream filling and cookie crumbles ($16), available January 20 to February 2.
