Pre-Theater Menu at The Mayfair Supper Club

The Mayfair Supper Club offers a decadent three-course pre-theater menu, available daily for guests looking to dine before a show or seeking an early dinner ahead of a night out on the town. The tasting menu will spotlight a compilation of The Mayfair’s signature dishes, to be enjoyed in an immersive dining experience overlooking The Fountains of Bellagio.

Weekend Breakfast at BARDOT Brasserie

BARDOT Brasserie has introduced a new weekend breakfast, beginning at 8 a.m. Early risers can enjoy a menu of select morning signatures including the French Omelet stuffed with Gruyère cheese, hash browns and salade verte; Maine Lobster Scramble with Raclette cheese, mushrooms and spinach; and Hunter’s Waffle topped with glazed duck confit, Maltaise sauce and two poached eggs. The full brunch menu is available starting at 9:30 a.m.

ARIA Welcomes Salt & Ivy Café and Patio Bar
ARIA Resort & Casino’s newest restaurant, Salt & Ivy Café and Patio Bar, is a casual, three-meal service dining experience with indoor and outdoor seating. The menu features breakfast classics, light healthy fare and coastal-inspired dishes in a relaxed setting. The patio overlooks the lush pool deck, serving as the ideal backdrop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Fresh flavors can be enjoyed any time of the day with handcrafted cocktails served at a comfortable seated bar. Signature menu items include the Chicken & Waffle made with Crispy Mary’s Chicken, Creole cheddar cheese, bacon, and chive waffles, served with spicy honey syrup, available for breakfast; crispy-style Baja Fish Tacos with guacamole and salsa roja, served for lunch; and a Colorado Lamb Chop, served with garlic scape, peas and heritage carrots, for dinner.

Backyard Social at Libertine Social
Every Saturday and Sunday, Libertine Social will host a Backyard Social on the outdoor patio to celebrate the spring season’s welcoming of warmer weather. Rejoice in al fresco dining with small bites and cocktails sponsored by Campari and Aperol.

New Spring Cocktail Menu Launches at Fleur by Hubert Keller
Fleur by Hubert Keller welcomes spring with a selection of new signature cocktails that embrace floral and herbal ingredients of the season. New additions to the menu include the Steller Keller with Cruzan Rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, coconut cream and nutmeg ($17); Cucumber Refresher with Bombay Sapphire, lime juice, simple syrup, muddled cucumbers and ginger ale ($18); and La Fraisé Mule with Tito’s Vodka, lime juice, strawberry puree, basil and ginger beer ($19).

Mariachi Brunch at Diablo’s Cantina

Diablo’s Cantina at Luxor livens up weekend brunch with a live mariachi band. While patrons vibe to classic Mexican music throughout the cantina, a selection of brunch offerings will be available, including Huevos Rancheros, with eggs, corn tortilla, Morita salsa, breakfast potatoes and beans ($13); and Mexican Steak and Eggs, with New York Steak, chilaquiles, eggs and breakfast potatoes ($19).

LUX Fridays at Centra
Centra provides guests with a lively kick-off to their weekend as it transforms during LUX Fridays. Each week, the centrally located social lounge will offer special bottle and drink prices from Absolute Elyxx and Red Bull, live performances from DJ and violinist Lydia Ansel and appearances from the cast of Fantasy.

Bruxie Introduces a New Fried Chicken Sandwich: The Big Heat
Get fired up for Bruxie’s new spicy fried chicken sandwich—The Big Heat, available starting Sunday, March 1. The fried-to-order chicken breast is coated in a spicy red rub, topped with a cool and hot Firecracker Pepper Slaw and served on a fresh toasted Portuguese bun ($12.95). The Big Heat is included in Bruxie’s menu of signature chicken waffle sandwiches and boozy cocktails, with favorites including the Holy Chicken Waffle Sandwich, two crisp waffles stuffed with original seasoned fried chicken, applewood smoked bacon, melted cheese, spicy sriracha, finished with a sunny side up egg and maple syrup; and the Holy Mary Cocktail, a savory and spicy twist on a Bloody Mary. Nine Fine Irishmen

New York – New York’s traditional Irish pub, Nine Fine Irishmen, will dish up Corned Beef and Cabbage in honor of the lucky holiday. Offered for one day only, the dish will be prepared with braised corned beef, Yukon gold potatoes, baby carrots and creamy horseradish sauce ($20). Guests can pair the signature entrée with Nine Fine Irishmen’s selection of Irish beers, whiskeys and cocktails including Guinness Irish Stout, Jameson and the Celtic Breeze cocktail, respectively. The nightly celebration will continue with live music and dance to classic jigs and classic Irish sing-alongs, beginning at 9 p.m.

TAP Sports Bar
Eat and drink like the Irish at TAP Sports Bar this St. Patrick’s Day. Dishes created in honor of the celebration include Braised Lamb Stew, with braised lamb shoulder, thick cut bacon, potato and green onion ($8); Fish & Chips Sliders, served with cole slaw, scallion remoulade and herb fries ($18); Corned Beef Short Rib, served with kale colcannon, beef jus and fried kale ($30).

Morton Group’s CRUSH American Grill will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with its annual bash hosted by Irishman, bartender and resident “funologist” Johnny “JOD” O’Donnell on Tuesday, March 17. Elevated Irish pub fare will be available, including Murphy’s Irish Stout Lamb Stew prepared with tender lamb shoulder, fingerling potatoes and nugget baby carrots ($26); and Traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage with braised cabbage, potatoes, carrots and grain mustard, ($24). Featured drinks will include $5 shots of Tullamore DEW whiskey and $9 Irish mules. Entertainment will be provided by the stunning Lydia Ansel, electric violinist and DJ.

Libertine Social
Guests are invited to revel in the Irish holiday spirit on St. Patrick’s Day with food and drink specials at Libertine Social. Offerings include glasses of Guinness for $8; Guinness and a Rueben Sandwich pairing for $30; “Pot of Gold” punch for $14 per glass or $42 for a goblet; and shots of Jameson Irish Whiskey for $8.

Public House
This St. Patrick’s Day, Luxor’s American sports bar will dish up Irish Nachos, made with homemade potato chips, layered with cheddar cheese, Guinness cheese sauce, bacon, tomatoes, green onions and sour cream ($15). Holiday revelers can continue the Irish celebration with beer buckets, including five domestic beers for $25, or five import beers for $30.

National Ravioli Day at Rivea
In honor of National Ravioli Day on Friday, March 20, Rivea will prepare lobster ravioli, stuffed with Brunoise vegetables and lobster emulsion ($28). The exclusive menu item, available for one day only, can be paired with Rivea’s extensive wine list of over 1,300 different varietals.

Culinary Craft Series at Libertine Social
Libertine Social has introduced a new Culinary Craft Series, which will feature intuitive forager Kerry Clasby in March. From Monday, March 23 to Saturday, March 28, a five-course menu prepared by Clasby, will be available at Libertine Social and will be made of foraged produce, fruits and vegetables from Malibu Farm. On Saturday, March 28, Clasby will join the kitchen at Libertine Social to prepare the meal and greet guests. The featured menu includes dishes such as a wood-Roasted Mushroom Kabob, Triple Cream and Artichoke Tortellini, Seared Braised Turnips and Scallops, Grilled Wagyu Zabuton Steak and Chocolate Ganache Cake.

Chianti & Fiorentina Menu at Manzo
Take a journey into the heart of Toscana with classic regional pairings on Manzo’s special Chianti & Fiorentina menu. A celebration of Central Italy, the rustic yet elevated menu showcases the tradition of family-style meals made from regional ingredients, including flavorful Bistecca Alla Fiorentina paired with the dry and spicy Chianti Classico DOCG. Discover seasonal ingredients, steaks prepared straight from the three-tiered grill, regional fresh pasta dishes, and an extensive wine list with some of the best Chianti variations.

Manzo Guest Chef Series
Each month, Manzo inside Eataly Las Vegas will welcome guest chefs to prepare an entrée in collaboration with Executive Chef Arnold Corpuz, combining different styles of culinary excellence. The signature dish will incorporate traditional Italian cuisine as well as show off the invited chef’s culinary flair. For one night only, the guest chef will be in the restaurant to prepare the new featured item, which will then be featured on Manzo’s menu for the month. The series will debut on March 5 with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.

La Pizza e La Pasta at Eataly will introduce a new menu for those seeking a quick lunch option. The afternoon menu will be a two-course prix-fixe menu for $24 complete with signature antipasti, Neapolitan-style pizzas and more.
