Las Vegas, August 9, 2022 – Maria Jose Gatti, Executive Director of Community Engagement for MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) (“MGM Resorts” or the “Company”) has been recognized by Nevada Business Magazine as one of Nevada’s Women to Watch in 2022. The honor recognizes 10 Nevada women from various industries who are forging ahead in their careers, shaping the state’s business landscape and leaving a meaningful legacy in their wake. The Women to Watch were selected by a committee of judges who reviewed the histories, legacies, leadership and careers of the nominees.
A Nevadan since 1989, Gatti believes that uplifting the communities in which we live and work is of the utmost importance. In her role at MGM Resorts, she is responsible for the Company’s community engagement strategy, investment and implementation. She also serves as the president of the MGM Resorts Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that facilitates charitable giving made by MGM Resorts’ 52,000 employees as well as guests.

She also serves as a board member for the Public Education Foundation and is a member of the IAC at the College of Southern Nevada.
