Tickets on Sale Saturday, June 5 at 10 a.m.

LAS VEGAS (June 4, 2021) – The castle has a new king! Comedy magician Mac King will paint the town plaid when his family-friendly show opens at Excalibur Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas Tuesday, June 22.

The Mac King Comedy Magic Show will perform inside the Thunderland Showroom at Excalibur Tuesday through Saturday at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and will be dark Sunday and Monday. Tickets are $44.95 for general admission and $54.95 for VIP, not including tax and fees, and will go on sale Saturday, June 5 at 10 a.m. PT online at ticketmaster.com or Excalibur.com.

“I can’t wait to get back on the stage in my new home at Excalibur after not being able to perform over the past year!” said Mac. “I look forward to saying ‘howdy’ to audiences again and entertaining them in this newly remodeled, state-of-the-art showroom.”

Adam Steck, Founder & CEO, and Alex Schechter, Senior Vice President of SPI Entertainment, said, "After seeing Mac King perform for over two decades on the Las Vegas Strip, we are excited to be working with him and his team to bring his hysterical interpretation of magic to the SPI family of shows at Excalibur.”

Widely regarded as the No. 1 comedy magician working in the world today, Mac King has been a staple on the Las Vegas Strip for more than two decades. Now at Excalibur, Mac will captivate audiences for 70 minutes as he casts out a fishing line over their heads and catches live goldfish out of mid-air; completes amazing stunts with a grizzly bear and his pet guinea pig “Colonel Sanders;” performs amazing sleight-of-hand; makes his head completely disappear in a paper bag; and renders himself invisible – all while remaining unbelievably funny. Because of his quick wit and extensive audience interaction, no two shows are alike. He’s had three sensational appearances on “Penn & Teller’s Fool Us” where Penn and Teller called Mac, “The greatest comedy magician at least alive today, and maybe who ever lived.”

In addition, Mac has been named “Magician of the Year” by the Magic Castle in Hollywood and also has consistently been voted one of the top ten shows in all of Las Vegas by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. He has broken a Guinness World Record, appeared on seven TV specials for NBC-TV, been inducted into the Las Vegas Hall of Fame at UNLV, and rocked the audience on “The Late Show with David Letterman.”

He’s been named “Entertainer of the Year” and “Best Strip Headliner” by Las Vegas Weekly, and “Best Magician,” “Best Bargain Show,” and “Favorite Male Las Vegan” by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. He is a pioneer in bringing high-quality entertainment to the Las Vegas afternoons, being named “Best Afternoon Show” by Where Magazine, Best Read Guide, Las Vegas Magazine and many more tourist publications.

Mac is not only an exceptional entertainer, but he also is an accomplished writer and an outstanding citizen who is an avid supporter of literacy programs for young students. He dedicates his personal time at local schools to discuss the importance of reading and also has donated more than 7,000 books to children at underprivileged schools.
