SPRINGFIELD, MASS. (February 3, 2020) – Romance is in the air at MGM Springfield this Valentine’s Day with a variety of celebrations that will leave loved ones in awe, including live entertainment, decadent food offerings and more.

On Saturday, Feb. 14, at 8 p.m., sweethearts looking for laughs can enjoy MGM Springfield’s Roar! Comedy Series featuring comedian, actress and writer Sasheer Zamata in the historic Armory. Best known for her time as a cast member on “Saturday Night Live,” as well as appearances on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” Zamata will perform a fun and quirky comedy show for all ages. Commonwealth Bar and Lounge will offer sweet cocktails and dancing; table minimums start at $200 and include a bottle of champagne, roses and chocolate. For couples interested in a romantic culinary experience, MGM Springfield will offer prix fixe menus at signature restaurants throughout the resort. The Chandler Steakhouse will feature a 3-course menu including Scallops Rockefeller, Surf & Turf and Passionfruit Panna Cotta. Cal Mare will serve Southern Coastal Italian favorites such as Oysters, Truffle Raviolo, Lobster Thermador and Vitello Tonnato. TAP Sports Bar’s menu will include Bare It All Short Ribs with a house-made sauce, Oreo Cheesecake Parfait and more. The Spa at MGM Springfield will offer a luxurious holiday menu from Tuesday, Feb. 11 through Sunday, Feb. 16. with specials including a Cinnamon Splendor Couple’s Massage, Chocolate & Strawberry Facial and Raspberry Truffle Manicure & Pedicure.
