Beau Rivage Refreshes Café with New Name, Fresh Look and Expanded Menu Offerings
Southern-inspired dishes and a patio-garden atmosphere create a new localized guest experience
BILOXI, Miss. – Atrium Café, formerly Terrace Café, provides a breath of fresh air to Beau Rivage guests with its coastal garden experience and new menu offerings, featuring local favorites and dishes that are deeply southern.
“Atrium Café is one of several new Beau Rivage enhancements that came as a result of guest feedback,” said Beau Rivage Executive Chef Kristian Wade. “People enjoy a good meal while overlooking the vibrant atrium area flowers and guest activity. With the new menu, we wanted the items to reflect our Gulf of Mexico location with a mix of traditional dishes and local favorites at the forefront so guests can get that full southern experience. Beau Rivage is proud to show of the new space to guests.”
The restaurant’s décor is brighter and fresh with a nod to the southern outdoor experience. The spacious room resembles a southern outdoor garden and patio with topiary statues, beach wood trellis and plant divider walls that feels like guests are dining in a garden. A key element in the 310-seat restaurant’s design is the Haint blue paint color, which is found on southern patio ceilings and is thought to ward away bad spirits. The paint color, combined with topiary and floral displays, bring a fresh feeling into the space while guests enjoy Atrium Café’s new menu items in colorful bistro chairs at patterned tabletops.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night menus are available and new menu highlights include Blackened Red Fish, Cajun Pasta, Fried Green Tomatoes with cornmeal/crawfish etouffee, Crawfish Cakes, Country Fried Steak, Southern BLT, Ham & Cheese and Western Omelets and Back Bay Benedict. Guests will also find an expansive selection of late-night menu items including the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Impossible Burger on Brioche and Boneless Bites, BBQ Burger and BBQ Pork Sandwich, which is smoked in-house with in-house seasonings.
