Beau Rivage Christmas and New Year's Dining and Entertainment Options
Plentiful feasts and entertainment continue throughout the holiday season
BILOXI, Miss. – Beau Rivage Resort & Casino presents its dining and entertainment lineup as MGM Resorts International’s waterfront resort continues its holiday celebrations with incredible food, live music, family-friendly entertainment and more that carries through to the New Year.
Celebrate Christmas at Beau Rivage’s Atrium Café this year. From 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the restaurant will feature a Christmas Platter for $48 in addition its regular menu. The Christmas Platter includes a Winter Salad made of Green Apples, Dried Cranberries, Blueberries, Bleu Cheese and Spiced Pecans with Poppyseed Dressing. The main course is a Double Cut Pork Chop with Spiced Apple Chutney, Celeriac and Yukon Puree, Maple and Cardamon Roasted Parsnips and Baby Carrots. The Christmas Platter finishes off with a Traditional Bouche de Noel, an Almond Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Mousse and Hazelnut Crunch. Reservations are highly encouraged, and mobile ordering is available on both days.
Guests can feast on a special holiday menu at The Buffet this Christmas. Featured holiday menu items include Fresh Crab Legs, Herb & Sea Salt Crusted Prime Rib, Teriyaki Glazed Sirloin, Bienville Crusted Redfish, Oysters Rockefeller, Pork Crown, Smoked Chicken Legs, Fried Oysters, Royal Red Shrimp, Oyster Stuffing, White Bean Cassoulet, Squash Casserole, Green Bean Casserole, Assorted Seasonal Salads and Desserts. The holiday menu will be served from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve and from 10 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. on Christmas Day for $42.99 for adults and $26.99 for children. A traditional Holiday Brunch will be served from 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. both days for $29.99 for adults and $19.99 for children.
Beau Rivage’s award-winning steakhouse, BR Prime, will serve its regular menu in addition to a Seafood Stuffed Marine Lobster feature from 5 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve. The venue is closed on Christmas Day. Stalla will serve a Wood Oven Roasted Whole Seabass feature on Christmas Eve and an Osso Bucco feature on Christmas Day along with the dining outlet’s full menu on both days from 4:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Jia will serve its full menu on both Christmas Eve from 4:30-10:30 p.m. and Christmas Day from 4:30-10 p.m. Reservations are required for all three of Beau Rivage’s gourmet dining outlets.
After a holiday feast, guests can enjoy Beau Rivage’s Broadway-style holiday production, Finding Christmas in the Beau Rivage Theatre. Running through Dec. 26, the story follows a young brother & sister duo who set out on a quest to find the true meaning of Christmas. Finding Christmas provides a mix of holiday classics and modern-day favorites and combines world-class actors, singers, and dancers with well-known Christmas characters, elaborate costuming, sing-along music and beautiful scenic elements. Accentuated by a guaranteed snowfall at each performance, the 75-minute production transforms the Beau Rivage Theatre into a ‘snow-globe come to life.’

Celebrate the New Year at Atrium Café with special menu features. The New Year’s Eve Platter is $58 and includes a Winter Chopped Salad with Clementine, Fennel, Dried Cranberries, Watercress, Spiced Walnuts and Maple Citrus Vinaigrette. A Petite Filet and Lobster with Balsamic Roasted Mushrooms, Brussel Sprouts and Brown Butter Maple Sweet Potatoes follows. For dessert, Atrium Café will serve up a Chocolate Jewel Box with Chocolate Flourless Cake, Dark Ganache, Red Coulis and Chocolate Abstract.
The New Year’s Day Platter is $32 and features Apple Fennel Italian Sausage, Stuffed Pork Loin, Pork Jus, Hoppin Johns, White Rice, Swiss Chard, Bacon and Shallots and Honey Cornbread Muffins. Traditional Apple Cobbler and Vanilla Ice Cream follows for dessert. From 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. on both days, guests can enjoy these special menus in addition to the outlet’s full menu. The Buffet is kicking 2023 off with an incredible spread. A traditional Holiday Brunch will be served from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. on New Year’s Eve and from 8 a.m.– 10 a.m. on New Year’s Day for $29.99 for adults and $19.99 for children.
Finish 2022 with a special meal at one of Beau Rivage’s gourmet dining outlets. BR Prime will serve a Prix Fixe menu for $165 per person from 5 p.m. – 11 p.m. on New Year’s Eve in addition to its full menu. The Prix Fixe menu begins with an Amuse Bouche of Salmon with Cucumber, Crème Cheese Mousse and Salmon Roe. Guests then choose from starters of Escargot with Vol a Vent, Sherry Cream and Shitake or Pork Belly Braise with Sweet Soy Braise and Apple Chutney. Choice of soup and salad follows with Consommé Royal with Beef Consommé and Egg Custard; Mixed Green with Winter Squash, Candied Pecans, Nueske Bacon, Toasted Hazelnuts, Fried Onion and Balsamic Vinaigrette or Quinoa with Roasted Root Vegetable, Goat Cheese, Crostini and Citrus-Herb Vinaigrette available. The menu concludes with a choice of entrée from Filet Mignon with Pommes Aligot, Haricot Verts and Chasseur Sauce; Chilean Seabass with Saffron Potatoes, Haricot Verts, Lobster Salad and Champagne Foam; Broiler-Roasted Cauliflower with Crispy Maitake Mushroom, Asparagus, Blistered Tomatoes, Quinoa and Zhoug Sauce or Short Rib with Mushroom Risotto, Heirloom Carrots, Cremolata and Jus Li. Fine dining begins at Stalla with a New Year’s Eve Brunch from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., featuring live music as well as a Chilled Fresh Seafood Display, Hand-carved Beef Tenderloin and Roasted Porchetta, Made-to-order Eggs and Omelets, Eggs Benedict, Gulf Shrimp and Grits, Assorted Pastries, Bloody Mary’s, Mimosas and Poinsettias for $75 per person plus 20 percent gratuity. The full dinner menu will be available from 4:30 –11 p.m. on New Year’s Eve and 5–10 p.m. on New Year’s Day. Reservations are required.
After a New Year’s feast, guests are invited to dance the night away to the latest and greatest hits courtesy of Triggerproof from 8 p.m. – 1 a.m. at the Gold & Bubbles Party in EIGHT75. Tickets are $40 and include one drink of choice, complimentary champagne toast at midnight and party favors. The ultra-lounge offers table and couch rentals starting at $300. Black Clover Lounge will roar into 2023 with a Roaring 20s Themed New Years’ Eve party from 8 p.m. – 12 a.m. Partygoers are encouraged to come dressed in their best Roaring 20s attire and dance the night away with Red Carpet Vaudeville. As the clock strikes midnights, guests are welcome to enjoy a complimentary toast and don party favors. Tickets include two drinks and are $20 in advance or $30 at the door.
