LAS VEGAS (January 18, 2023) – WAGYUMAFIA, one of the world’s most exciting and celebrated restaurants, will host an all-Wagyu Omakase-style pop-up dinner at ARIA Resort & Casino on Tuesday, January 24 at 8 p.m. Hisato Hamada, acclaimed chef and co-founder of the WAGYUMAFIA Group, will curate a special evening that will entertain guests with selections of the world’s most exclusive Ozaki Wagyu Beef.

Guests will be immersed in a special culinary experience that honors the deeply rooted history and tradition of Japan’s Wagyu farmers. The multi-course tasting menu, prepared and served by Hamada, will highlight a selection of coveted Ozaki Beef, a rarity typically reserved for WAGYUMAFIA’s members-only restaurants. Hosted in the private dining room at Jean Georges Steakhouse, the dinner will share Hamada’s extraordinary creativity and craft in a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
