LAS VEGAS (July 25, 2016) – The U.S. Green Building Council has awarded LEED® Gold certification (Core & Shell) to the restaurant corridor at The Park, MGM Resorts International’s newly-opened outdoor dining and entertainment district.
Look passed the neon lights in Las Vegas and you’ll find a rich, vibrant art scene that is on the rise. With much of Las Vegas’ art on display in public spaces, the 42 million visitors who visit each year rarely even need to purchase a ticket to enjoy the growing cultural side of the city.
Bliss Dance – the breathtaking, 40-foot-tall sculpture of a dancing woman created by artist Marco Cochrane – has found a new home. The art installation will permanently inhabit The Park, MGM Resorts International’s dynamic outdoor dining and entertainment district that will transform the west side of the Las Vegas Strip when it opens April 4, 2016.
The Strip’s first park will welcome four iconic shade structures: color-changing art installations that elicit wonder and curiosity to all passersby.
