TAP Sports Bar at MGM Springfield to Root for the Red Sox in the Professional Baseball Championship Series Beginning October 23
SPRINGFIELD, MASS. (October 22, 2018) – There’s only one place to cheer on the home team as the Boston Red Sox play against the Los Angeles Dodgers in the Professional Baseball Championship and it’s TAP Sports Bar at MGM Springfield.
Starting Tuesday, Oct. 23, TAP Sports Bar will broadcast each game in the series on 50+ television screens, including the larger-than-life 32-screen video wall.
- Game 1 – Tuesday, Oct. 23, 8:09 p.m. at Fenway Park
- Game 2 – Wednesday, Oct. 24, 8:09 p.m. at Fenway Park
- Game 3 – Friday, Oct. 26, 8:09 p.m. at Dodger Stadium
- Game 4 – Saturday, Oct. 27, 8:09 p.m. at Dodger Stadium
- Game 5 (TBD) – Sunday, Oct. 28, 8:15 p.m. at Dodger Stadium
- Game 6 (TBD) – Tuesday, Oct. 30, 8:09 p.m. at Fenway Park
- Game 7 (TBD) – Wednesday, Oct. 31, 8:09 p.m. at Fenway Park
In addition to the array of television screens and a variety of beer selections, guests can go big with “TAP Towers,” the 100 oz. clear cylinder tower with self-dispensing beer, sitting atop a real sized bowling ball.
In true Red Sox style, TAP will celebrate the series with “The Big Green Monster,” a two-patty burger topped with onion rings, cheddar cheese, kielbasa, caramelized onions and barbecue sauce; and the “Brat’tom of the 9th,” a Blue Seal Bratwurst with beer cheese sauce, ribeye chili and fried jalapenos.
TAP Sports Bar is open Sunday-Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday-Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1 a.m.
