Will Guidara Biography

A native of New York, Will Guidara has been immersed in the restaurant industry since the age of 13. A graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, Will began his career at Spago Beverly Hills and attended culinary school in the North of Spain. He then went on to various roles throughout Union Square Hospitality Group, including at Tabla, Café 2, and the restaurants at the Museum of Modern Art. In 2006, Will became Eleven Madison Park’s General Manager, where he spearheaded its transformation from a French brasserie to a fine dining destination. Under Will's leadership, the restaurant has garnered four stars from the New York Times, three Michelin Stars, and the #1 spot on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants List in 2017.

Eataly's Sixth Location to Open December 27 at Park MGM in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (December 12, 2018) – Eataly Las Vegas will open December 27 at 5 p.m. in the city’s newest resort, Park MGM. The 40,000-square-foot culinary destination, located directly on the famed Las Vegas Strip, will serve as Park MGM’s main entrance and feature a vibrant space full of unique food counters, bars, cafés and dining experiences offering traditional, authentic Italian food, all helmed by Executive Chef Nicole Brisson.

Eataly Las Vegas Opens at Park MGM This December

LAS VEGAS (October 23, 2018) Eataly, the authentic Italian marketplace, announced today it will open its Las Vegas location at Park MGM, the city’s newest resort, in December 2018. Las Vegas marks the sixth U.S. location of the Italy-based company, which has more than 35 stores worldwide.   

The Crack Shack to Open at Park MGM

LAS VEGAS (September 24, 2018) - Park MGM will welcome The Crack Shack, a gourmet fried chicken eatery known for one-of-a-kind menu items, to the resort’s food and beverage portfolio in fall 2019. Created by The Crack Shack’s CEO Michael Rosen and celebrity chef Richard Blais, the three-meal casual dining venue will offer guests fried chicken, decadent sandwiches and unique menu offerings such as chicken oysters, mini biscuits, deviled eggs, Mexican poutine and more. A full bar and bar games also will be available.
