Morimoto Las Vegas offers an extensive menu of Japanese cuisine including hot and cold appetizers, entrees, soups and salads, maki and sushi and decadent desserts. Morimoto Las Vegas is only the second Morimoto in the world to offer Teppanyaki style dining (also known as Hibachi), a style of Japanese cuisine where guests are able to experience the excitement of having the chef create a tantalizing meal before their eyes on a hot iron plate.

Morimoto Las Vegas offers a variety of hand-crafted, signature cocktails including the Las Vegas Fizz, Las Vegas Meets Japan and Fool Me Once. Morimoto is the only outlet in Las Vegas to offer Morimoto’s own range of sakes, shochus and wines, with a beverage menu that boasts additional 100+ sakes and 150+ wines.
Morimoto Las Vegas’ contemporary Japanese design features elegant yet zen décor. Through the restaurant’s thinly stenciled, floor-to-ceiling glass façade signature Morimoto touches of wooden table tops, black and white exotic photographs by Yasumichi Morita and a marble encased Sushi counter are visible. Hues of soothing grey and warm dusty rose are carried through the restaurant’s bar and lounge and a Teppan table experience to provide guests with a comfortable and stunning atmosphere.
