In this role he will have oversight of all owned and leased day/ nightlife venues and provide strategic direction around special events programming. On view at MASS MoCA through February 11, 2018, the project examines the ways that friendship is defined in the era of social media and will build upon the work at Art Basel in Miami Beach.

LAS VEGAS (November 7, 2017) – Las Vegas’ entertainment industry is uniting in unprecedented fashion in support of the victims of the October 1 tragedy.  On Friday, December 1 at 7:30 p.m., T-Mobile Arena will host the Vegas Strong Benefit Concert, a special evening of entertainment featuring Boyz II Men, Cirque du Soleil, David Copperfield, Imagine Dragons, Penn & Teller, The Killers, and others soon to be announced.  Proceeds from the event will benefit the Las Vegas Victims Fund.

WNBA Announces Relocation of San Antonio Stars To Las Vegas

NEW YORK (October 17, 2017) – The WNBA and NBA Board of Governors have unanimously approved the relocation of the San Antonio Stars to Las Vegas, WNBA President Lisa Borders announced today.  MGM Resorts International will own and operate the team, which will begin play in Las Vegas in the 2018 season. The team’s home arena will be the Mandalay Bay Events Center, one of the city’s premier entertainment venues, having hosted major concert and sports events since opening in 1999.

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM), the global entertainment organization, announced today that it will provide donations through the MGM Resorts Foundation in the amount of $3 million to fund humanitarian assistance to victims of the Las Vegas shooting, along with organizations who provide support to those who are first on the scene to assist in traumatic events.
