Guest Chef Dinner at BARDOT Brasserie

In collaboration with Joël Robuchon Restaurant Executive Chef Christophe De Lellis, BARDOT Brasserie Executive Chef Josh Smith will host a private dinner experience, featuring a spread of elevated French fare inspired by both chefs. Menu highlights for the event include Lobster Consommé, Grilled Lobe of Foie Gras, Parisian Gnocchi, Veal Wellington and more. The event is sponsored by Louis XIII de Rémy Martin Cognac Grande Champagne and Lalique.

The James Beard Foundation Vegas Vegan Dinner at CATCH Las Vegas
Las Vegas can experience extravagant vegan cuisine created by a lineup of hometown chefs who will join James Beard Foundation partner, Vegans, Baby, at the renowned James Beard House in New York City on November 13. The celebratory dinner will take place at CATCH Las Vegas, where guests will enjoy the same five decadent vegan dishes served at the James Beard House, along with elevated wine pairings. Participating chefs include CATCH Las Vegas Executive Chef Andrew Carroll, Harvest by Roy Ellamar Executive Chef Roy Ellamar, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Executive Chef Jimmy Lisnard, MGM Grand Assistant Pastry Chef Cynthia Inguanzo and Searsucker Las Vegas Executive Chef Jessica Perlstein.

Urbani White Truffle Week at Julian Serrano Tapas
Julian Serrano Tapas will celebrate White Truffle Week with a specialty, one-time-only offering. Guests can indulge in a housemade Mushroom Risotto, served with organic mixed mushrooms, aged Manchego cheese and fresh white Urbani truffles ($99).

Border Grill Hunter’s Dinner

Following a cocktail reception with tequila tastings and light bites, Border Grill will host a five-course “Hunter’s Dinner” paired with Cazadores Tequila cocktails. The menu, created by Executive Chef Mike Minor, will feature Spit-Roasted Goat and Birria, amongst other dishes, all prepared in an open kitchen on the patio.

Eataly Las Vegas
Tartufi & Funghi Menu at Manzo
Elevate dinner plans with tartufi e funghi, or truffles and mushrooms, featured on a special menu at Manzo. Offered only inside Eataly’s Italian grill and bar, guests can get a taste of the esteemed white truffles and high-quality wild mushrooms. This limited-edition menu features decadent ingredients with special dishes, tableside Urbani truffle shaving, customizable courses and more.

Barolo Weeks 
The “King of Wines” will be honored during Barolo Weeks at Eataly Las Vegas. Visitors can sip on flights of the renowned wine at the Barolo Bar pop-up, enjoy discounts on select Barolo in the Wine Shop and explore more ways to discover the tradition and history behind the famed beverage.

Wine & Cheese Fest 
Eataly guests can indulge in unlimited tastes of high-quality Italian wine and cheese at Wine and Cheese Fest. Those who participate can explore more than 20 stations throughout the marketplace and can snack, sip and learn as they go. Two two-hour time slots (5 p.m. – 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.) are available as well as VIP tickets for four hours of tastings, access to seating and exclusive wines and cheeses.

White Truffle Festival 
Eataly Las Vegas is celebrating all things truffle during peak white truffle season. Guests can add fresh white truffle shavings to their favorite dishes in the restaurants, sign up for a Chef’s Table truffle experience, shop sales on Urbani Truffles and celebrate White Truffle Day on November 27 with even more special offers.

Rock ‘N Roll Marathon 
Before or after the Rock ‘N Roll Marathon takes over the Las Vegas Strip, runners can enjoy a delicious pre- or post-race meal. Participants can fuel up with a pomodoro pasta special at La Pizza e La Pasta ($10) and grab snacks from the market on their way out. Runners must simply show their bib or proof of registration to enjoy the offers.

Dia de Los Muertos at Diablo’s Cantina

Diablo’s Cantina at Luxor is set to celebrate Dia de Los Muertos with festive activities and entertainment. Along with their normal lunch and dinner service, Diablo’s will offer a Sunday Mariachi brunch, drink specials, live DJ, photo opportunities, giveaways and more.

Bellagio to Debut Lakeside Supper Club This December

Renowned for a portfolio of ‘must-visit’ experiences that forever transformed the city, Bellagio will once again change the way visitors think about a night on the town with the launch of The Mayfair Supper Club over New Year’s weekend. Inspired by top supper clubs in London and around the world, The Mayfair will redefine the traditional “dinner and a show” for today’s traveler with a restaurant that evolves throughout the evening, amplifying in energy as dusk shifts to night. Guests will be able to indulge in contemporary American cuisine while enjoying live entertainment performances nightly, set to the greatest backdrop in the world – the Bellagio Fountains.

MGM Grand to Debut International Smoke This December

Award-winning chef Michael Mina and renowned restaurateur Ayesha Curry will light up Las Vegas with their nationally recognized dining collaboration International Smoke, opening this December at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Inspired by Curry and Mina’s shared love of global travels and international cooking techniques, International Smoke is a chef-driven, wood-fired cooking experience that delivers flavorful, smoke-infused dishes.

Yacht Rock Fridays Sets Sail at NoMad Bar in Las Vegas

The smooth music sensation rocking parties from coast-to-coast has made its voyage to Las Vegas as NoMad Bar debuts Yacht Rock Fridays. Every Friday, live DJs will spin Yacht Rock tunes from the late 70s and early 80s while NoMad Bar serves specialty tiki drinks, cocktail explosions and beachside-inspired desserts imagined by its acclaimed culinary team.

Highlights of the Yacht Rock cocktail menu include: (It’s Another) Tequila Sunrise with tequila, Combier, lime, pineapple and strawberry; and Ride Like the Wind with vodka, watermelon shrub, coconut water, lime and basil. Admission is complimentary and all guests must be 21 and older.

New Breakfast Option at Eataly Las Vegas
Guests looking for delicious breakfast options at Park MGM can start their day the Italian way with a morning meal at Eataly Las Vegas. In addition to coffee, pastries and sandwiches at Caffè Lavazza, visitors can now indulge in breakfast pizza alla pala or sweet and savory focaccia at Eataly’s bakery as well as made-to-order breakfast paninis at the Chef’s Table.

Diablo’s Cantina to Debut at The Mirage this December

The Mirage Hotel & Casino will expand its portfolio of diverse culinary works with the debut of Diablo’s Cantina, opening this December. The new location, open for lunch and dinner, will reimagine the unique south-of-the-border concept which opened at Luxor Hotel and Casino last year. Diablo’s Cantina will be located in the LVB Burgers and Bar space, which will close this fall. Additional details will be available in the coming weeks.


Vagabond is now open at Excalibur Hotel & Casino, offering fans a high-energy dining and entertainment experience on the Las Vegas Strip. The casual concept invites guests to enjoy a menu of American fare and an extensive beverage list, while reveling in live performances, sports viewing, arcade games and more.

Thunder Bar
Now open at Excalibur Hotel & Casino, Thunder Bar is the newest destination for cocktails and mingling before and after shows taking place inside the Thunderland Showroom. For guests who want to celebrate after Thunder from Down Under or continue any evening plans, live DJ entertainment and libations will be featured every weekend in Thunder Bar after the shows conclude. The bar’s menu will feature an extensive list of wines, beers and spirits, in addition to an array of specialty cocktails.

Fleur by Hubert Keller Prix Fixe Menu

Those looking for an easy and delicious evening meal can find just that with Fleur by Hubert Keller’s new prix fixe dinner menu. The three-course experience allows diners to choose from an assortment of classic French plates, including restaurant specialties such as French Onion Soup, Grilled Octopus, Steak Frites, True North Salmon and Chocolate Mousse.

NoMad Restaurant “Gotta Catch a Show?” Menu

NoMad Restaurant offers a three-course theater menu, available on concert and sporting event days at Park Theater and T-Mobile Arena. The multi-course tasting menu will feature a rotating selection of dishes inspired by flavors of the season.
