Las Vegas Restaurant Week 2019

Multiple MGM Resorts International food and beverage outlets will participate in the 13th annual Las Vegas Restaurant Week presented by Three Square Food Bank – a celebration of dining out for a cause. Guests can make reservations at a variety of restaurants and indulge in special tasting menus while giving back to the local community. A portion of proceeds from Restaurant Week remain local and helps Three Square in its fight to end hunger in Southern Nevada.

PRIDE Month Celebration at Centrifuge Lounge
Centrifuge Lounge has teamed up with Red Bull to celebrate PRIDE Month. Every Thursday in the month of June, guests can celebrate with live DJs, hourly prize giveaways and Red Bull cocktails ($12).

Exclusive Culinary Event at Twist by Pierre Gagnaire at Waldorf Astoria Featuring L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon
L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand has partnered with Twist by Pierre Gagnaire at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas to bring an exclusive, chef-driven culinary experience to guests for one-night only at Twist on Thursday, June 27. Guests will enjoy a collaborative, five-course tasting menu jointly created by John Miranda, Twist’s chef de cuisine, and Jimmy Lisnard, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon’s executive chef. A wine pairing also will be available for an additional cost.

  • As a special treat, each attendee is invited to visit L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon following the event for an exclusive offer. From June 28, 2019 through Dec. 20, 2019, attendees will receive their choice of a complimentary glass of champagne or wine pairing upgrade with the purchase of an entrée. The offer is redeemable by mentioning the Twist collaboration dinner and available only for guests 21 years of age or older.


Drink Like a Local: Liberated Mixology Series
Guests can enjoy a selection of cocktails created by a local mixologist at Libertine Social’s Arcade Bar every Saturday and Sunday. Each month, a different featured mixologist will curate a menu of three cocktails for enthusiasts to enjoy. The month of June will feature three specialty cocktails by Adam Rains, lead mixologist of Golden Tiki. Featured cocktails include: Marinero, created with Espolon Blanco tequila, Italicus, grapefruit and honey ($16); Sea-Bird, a concoction of Appleton rum, Coruba rum, Cynar and pineapple ($16); and Three Points of Jamaica, with Appleton Reserve, Wray & Nephew, Allspice Dram, Velvet Falernum, pineapple, lime and honey syrup, served in a pineapple ($24).

JUNE-iper at Juniper Cocktail Lounge

June-iper celebrates gin all month long with $10 gin and tonics, highlighting a different featured gin each day in June. The fun continues with themed weekends featuring specialty cocktails and activations.

Juniper Cocktail Lab
Juniper Cocktail Lounge at Park MGM is giving cocktail connoisseurs and novices alike the chance to get behind the bar and become a mixology maven during the lounge’s new Juniper Cocktail Lab series. This interactive monthly mixology course is led by a member of MGM Resorts’ talented Food & Beverage team. In addition to the course and three cocktails, each participant will receive a souvenir booklet of the curriculum along with a mixology kit, complete with a shaker, strainer, jigger, tweezers, citrus peeler and bar spoon.

Eataly Las Vegas Grill Weeks 
Things are heating up at Eataly Las Vegas May 25 through July 2 with a six-week long celebration of grilled meats. Eataly Las Vegas is celebrating Italian-style grilling with restaurant specials, butcher features, classes and complimentary tastings. Highlights include 50% off select prime cuts sourced from Creekstone Farms available for purchase at La Macelleria in celebration of Dry Age Day on Friday, June 14.

Eataly Las Vegas Chef’s Table: Sip & Savor - Celebrating 100 Years of Negroni with Tony Abou-Ganim
Guests are invited to take a deep dive into one of the most celebrated Italian cocktails during a Negroni-making class and tasting experience led by guest beverage expert, the Modern Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim, on Friday, June 21. During the Sip & Savor event, Eataly will celebrate 100 years of negroni, telling the story of the iconic cocktail and its origins. Guests will have the opportunity to make two unique cocktails alongside Abou-Ganim while enjoying a selection of perfectly paired bites. Attendees also will receive take-home recipe cards as a souvenir.

Eataly Las Vegas invites guests to experience the culinary action of Chef Shaun O’Neale, FOX Network’s “MasterChef” Season 7 winner and author of "My Modern American Table." Chef O’Neale will serve a three-course dinner, taking guests on a culinary journey through Tuscany with perfectly paired wines and an unforgettable dining experience.

Hyde Closure

Bellagio will welcome a new venue to the resort’s award-winning portfolio this winter. The concept will open in the Hyde Bellagio space, which will close after service on Saturday, July 6. Details on the new resort offering will be shared in the coming months. 


Petrossian Bar & Lounge Remodel
Bellagio will reimagine the look and feel of Petrossian Bar & Lounge. The space will temporarily close beginning Monday, August 26 for remodeling. During the transition, guests may enjoy beverage offerings at a temporary bar installation located in the lobby under the Chihuly sculpture or at one the resort’s restaurant bars and lounges, such as Sadelle’s, Spago, Lago by Julian Serrano, Harvest by Roy Ellamar, Le Cirque, MICHAEL MINA Bellagio, Picasso, Prime Steakhouse, FIX Restaurant & Lounge, Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge, Jasmine, Lily Bar & Lounge, Sports Book & Bar, Pool Café & Bar, Club Prive and Bellagio Buffet. MGM Grand to Welcome New Italian Restaurant

MGM Grand will welcome a new Italian restaurant concept to the resort’s culinary portfolio this summer. The venue will replace FiAMMA Italian Kitchen, which is now closed. Details on the new concept will be shared in the coming weeks.


Mama Rabbit Bar to Open at Park MGM This Fall

James Beard Award-winner Bricia Lopez has joined forces with Park MGM to celebrate the culture and spirit of Oaxaca – the birthplace of mezcal – with the debut of Mama Rabbit Bar. Fusing the dynamic atmosphere of a Mexican tavern with the intimate and sexy allure of a speakeasy, Mama Rabbit will become Las Vegas’ definitive mezcal-and-tequila destination. Mama Rabbit will feature Las Vegas’ largest collection of tequila and mezcal, highlighting a wide range of Mexican flavors. Details about design, beverage and culinary programs will be shared in the coming months.

Primrose New Hours of Operation
Effective June 3, Primrose’s updated daily hours of operation will be as follows:

  • Breakfast and Lunch, 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Bar and Lounge, 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Guests can enjoy all-you-can-drink sparkling rosé and brunch every day until 5 p.m. Afterwards, a full dinner menu featuring savory light bites, in addition to an inventive cocktail program, is available at the bar or in Primrose’s outdoor garden.

NoMad Bar New Hours of Operation

Effective immediately, NoMad Bar’s new hours of operation are as follows:

  • Monday – Thursday, 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
  • Friday – Saturday, 5 p.m. – 1 a.m.
  • Sunday, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.


Excalibur to Welcome New American Bar Concept This Fall

Excalibur will welcome a new American bar concept to the resort’s culinary portfolio this fall. The venue will be located on the casino floor in the former Lynyrd Skynyrd BBQ & Beer space. Details on the new venue will be shared in the coming months.

Burger of The Month at Michael Mina’s PUB 1842

For the month of June, guests can curb their burger craving with The Atomic Burger ($22), piled high with an 8-oz. angus beef patty, pepper jack cheese, chipotle cheese sauce, fried jalapenos and grilled pineapple, served with BBQ-seasoned fries. The Atomic Burger can be complemented with an Able Baker Atomic Duck beer ($10).

NoMad Restaurant Pre-Theater Menu

NoMad Restaurant now offers a three-course theater menu, available on concert and sporting event days at Park Theater and T-Mobile Arena. Featured items include Kanpachi Ceviche, Wild Salmon and NY Strip Steak.

NoMad Pool Breakfast and Brunch
A light breakfast menu and a full brunch menu will be offered at the café at NoMad Pool. Breakfast and brunch offerings include Chia Seed Pudding with lychee, kaffir lime and granola ($15); Moroccan Quinoa topped with guests’ choice of protein ($15); and The NoMad Breakfast, which includes two eggs any style, choice of bacon, sausage or avocado, plus multigrain toast, coffee or juice ($28).

Burger of The Month at LVB Burgers & Bar

Guests can enjoy the Italian Burger ($17) with salami, pepperoni, capicola, mozzarella cheese, spiced tomato relish and basil, available only during the month of June. The feast continues with LVB’s Burger & Beer Combo, which includes the sandwich paired with an Alaskan Brewing Co. Alaskan White beer and a side of fries ($26).

Monthly Specials at Carnegie Deli
During the month of June, Carnegie Deli will offer two specialty items. Guests can choose from the Pastrami Burger, with a beef patty, swiss cheese and Russian dressing ($16.99), or the Chocolate Babka French Toast, topped with strawberries, blueberries and cinnamon syrup ($13.99).

Summer Specials at Pantry
Pantry will serve up summer-themed pancake stacks now through July 7. Campfire S’mores, with chocolate chips, toasted marshmallows and graham cracker streusel, available now through June 9 ($16); Banana Fosters Cakes, spiced buttermilk pancakes with rum-salted caramel and sugar-crusted bananas, available June 10 – 23 ($16); and a Summer Berry Stack, served with vanilla mascarpone, fresh fruit and whipped cream, available June 24 – July 7 ($16).

48th and Crepe: Beer and Crepe Pairing

Sweet or savory crepes can be paired with the perfect beer at 48th and Crepe, located in the village eateries at New York-New York. June’s signature pairing is offered all day and includes the BBQ Pork Crepe paired with a Summer Shandy Beer ($15.99).

Smokin’ Summer Menu at Camelot Steakhouse

All summer long guests can enjoy a three-course menu inspired by seasonal summertime favorites at Camelot Steakhouse. The menu features a Watermelon Feta Salad to start, choice of Smoked Bone-in Short Rib or Smoked and Chargrilled Salmon and Summer Peach Cobbler for dessert.
