HOLIDAYS

ARIA  
Holiday Display in ARIA Lobby
ARIA Resort & Casino is making the holiday season sweet with a custom-made, life-size gingerbread house. Located in the main lobby, the house is a colossal 15 feet tall, seven feet wide, 12 feet deep and is made of edible ingredients. ARIA Executive Pastry Chef Mathieu Lavallee and his talented team spent over three weeks constructing the masterpiece, showcasing their skills in the details with elements such as peppermint tiles, giant sugar bears, gingerbread bricks and more. The gingerbread house provides a festive photo opportunity for guests along with a scrumptious menu of delightful treats for purchase. Sweet offerings include peppermint bark, hand-decorated cookies, hot chocolate, lollipops, candied oranges, chocolate holiday trees and more.

Holiday Tea at Lobby Bar
For the month of December, Lobby Bar’s Afternoon Tea will be served with a holiday twist. Guests can take in the stunning décor that adorns the bar and lobby while indulging in specialty teas, champagne, savory accompaniments, holiday-themed desserts and more. “Family Style” Holiday Menu at Best Friend

Guests can revel in the season at Best Friend with a family-style holiday menu. The menu will feature a selection of the restaurant’s most beloved items including banchan, mole tamales, elotes, kimchi fried rice, wok noodles, Korean barbecue, hot pot, rice and fries and a choice of dessert from the chef’s nightly selection.

Celebrate the Season with Holiday Sweater Tea at Veranda

This December, guests can don their favorite seasonal attire and make merry with Veranda’s festive “Holiday Sweater” Tea. The tea includes a celebratory glass of sparkling wine, and those wearing their favorite seasonal sweater will receive a special gift. The tea will be enhanced with holiday favorites, including warm gingerbread and cranberry scones, white chocolate and glazed chestnut tartes, eggnog crème brûlée and candied orange and milk chocolate yule logs.

BELLAGIO
New Year’s Eve at The Mayfair Supper Club
Exclusively for New Year’s Eve, The Mayfair Supper Club will serve two pre-fixe menus for guests ringing in 2020. Diners are encouraged to stay after their seating to enjoy the show and party that will continue throughout the evening and into the early morning.

Guests are invited to ring in the new year with a specialty three-course prix-fixe dinner at Rivea. With 180-degree views of the city capturing the midnight fireworks display from the Las Vegas Strip, this ultimate celebratory experience will be unparalleled. ARIA
Kosta Browne Wine Weekend Experience

ARIA Resort & Casino will offer a weekend of incredible wine and food with the Kosta Browne Wine Experience. On Friday, December 13, a six-course tasting menu featuring single vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wine pairings will take place at Jean Georges Steakhouse. The following day on Saturday, December 14, BARDOT Brasserie will present an exclusive brunch, with an appearance from Chef Michael Mina, showcasing the restaurant’s most popular dishes paired with Chardonnay from Russian River Valley and Pinot Noir from Santa Rita Hills and the Sonoma Coast.

Restaurant Fest at Eataly Las Vegas

Savor some of Eataly’s best during Restaurant Fest, a two-week-long dining celebration in the sit-down restaurants. Guests can discover special menus at La Pizza e La Pasta ($18) and Manzo ($38). Meals can be taken one step further with $25 bottles of wine, optional truffle supplements and additional add-ons.

Visitors can shop high-quality, sustainable caviar from Calvisius at 30% off at Eataly Las Vegas. The traditional, prestige caviar extracted from sustainably-farmed White Sturgeon makes for the perfect addition to any holiday dinner. Guests can head to La Pescheria to take advantage of the offer and are welcome to enjoy in-store or at home. Bellagio to Debut The Mayfair Supper Club This December
Renowned for a portfolio of ‘must-visit’ experiences that forever transformed the city, Bellagio will once again change the way visitors think about a night on the town with the launch of The Mayfair Supper Club on New Year’s Eve. Inspired by top supper clubs in London and around the world, The Mayfair will redefine the traditional “dinner and a show” for today’s traveler with a restaurant that evolves throughout the evening, amplifying in energy as dusk shifts to night. Guests will be able to indulge in contemporary American cuisine while enjoying live entertainment performances nightly, set to the greatest backdrop in the world – the Bellagio Fountains.

New Cocktail Menu at Petrossian Bar
Petrossian Bar has added a selection of artisanal tea-infused cocktails to its unique beverage program. New additions to the elevated cocktail menu include the Knights in White Satin, made with Masala Chai-infused Selvarey White Rum, Chateau Arton Blanche Armagnac, Italicus Bergamot, Cointreau, almond orgeat and lemon; and the Mariner & Mule with Roku Gin, matcha green tea, ginger and lime, topped with yuzu soda. Petrossian Bar also has revamped several old hotel bar classic cocktails including Le Salty Dog, made with Grey Goose Le Citron, Giffard Pamplemousses, grapefruit and Himalayan pink salt; and the Conservatory Cup made with Spring 44 Vodka, Pimm’s No 1, English cucumber, ginger and lemon.

ARIA
Din Tai Fung Expands Soup Dumpling Empire to Las Vegas at ARIA

The soup dumplings once described by the late Pulitzer Prize winner Jonathan Gold as “small miracles” will find a new home as Din Tai Fung announces its first Las Vegas location, joining the stellar culinary line-up at ARIA in 2020. The esteemed Taiwanese dumpling and noodle house, with more than 170 restaurants in 13 countries, will debut mid-to-late next year.

MGM GRAND
MGM Grand to Debut International Smoke This December

Award-winning chef Michael Mina and renowned restaurateur Ayesha Curry will light up Las Vegas with their nationally recognized dining collaboration, International Smoke, opening this December at MGM Grand. Inspired by Curry and Mina’s shared love of global travels and international cooking techniques, International Smoke is a chef-driven, wood-fired cooking experience that delivers flavorful, smoke-infused dishes.

PARK MGM
Culinary innovator Roy Choi is bringing the love to Las Vegas with the launch of Happy HAPPY Hour at his ode to Los Angeles, Best Friend inside Park MGM. The “Double the Stuff, Half the Price” menu is available exclusively in the bodega at Best Friend. For $10, guests can enjoy some of Choi’s favorite bites like Dumpling Sliders, Korean Wings, a Fried Bologna Sandwich and an L.A. Street Dog. Additionally, drink specials during Happy HAPPY Hour include 20-ounce well drinks for $10, two tallboys for $14, and 20-ounce boozy slushies for $10.

NoMad Restaurant Reconceptualizes American Classics with New Dishes

NoMad Las Vegas has launched a celebration of classic American cuisine with new menu selections now available at NoMad Restaurant. The venue’s playful renditions of time-honored favorites blur historical definitions of ubiquitous dishes through theatrical tableside presentations, bold flavor profiles and a side of Las Vegas spectacle. Menu highlights include American Wagyu Prime Rib, Crab Cakes, Mac & Cheese with King Crab and Truffle, White Truffle Tagliatelle and a Brussels Sprout “Wedge.”  

THE MIRAGE
Diablo’s Cantina to Debut at The Mirage this December

The Mirage Hotel & Casino will expand its portfolio of diverse culinary works with the debut of Diablo’s Cantina, opening Monday, December 23. The new location, open for lunch and dinner, will reimagine the unique south-of-the-border concept which opened at Luxor last year. Diablo’s Cantina will be located in the LVB Burgers and Bar space, which will close Nov. 24.

The Mirage to Welcome New Fast Casual Concept in 2020
The Mirage will welcome a new fast casual restaurant concept to the resort’s culinary portfolio in Spring 2020. Developed by MGM Resorts International’s F&B Strategy team, the new venue will replace Carnegie Deli, which will close in February. Additional details will be shared in the coming months. During the closure, guests and visitors are encouraged to visit the resort’s other dining destinations including Osteria Costa, Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak, OTORO Robata Grill & Sushi, Cravings Buffet, Pantry, STACK Restaurant & Bar, California Pizza Kitchen and The Still. MGM Grand
Andrea Bocelli Concert Night Specials at Ambra Italian Kitchen + Bar

Ambra Italian Kitchen + Bar will feature an exclusive menu of specialty dishes the night Andrea Bocelli performs at MGM Grand Garden Arena. Featured dishes include Ostriche, half-dozen chilled Kumamoto oysters on half-shells, topped with crème fraiche, cucumber gelée and caviar ($36); and Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a 44-ounce prime porterhouse steak plated for two and served with alba white truffle risotto and Barolo sauce ($195).

Seasonal Specials at Avenue Café
Celebrate the winter season at Avenue Café with specialty items featured on the restaurant’s decadent breakfast menu. The vibrant, retro café will offer Smoked Salmon Benedict, with poached eggs and smoked salmon, topped with tomato caper hollandaise sauce on a toasted brioche bun ($25); Lemon Ricotta Pancakes topped with vanilla whipped cream ($18); Poached Pear Salad with red wine poached pears, field greens, candied walnuts, shaved red onion, tossed with bleu cheese vinaigrette ($15); and Filet and Lobster, served with grilled filet mignon, grilled lobster tail, roasted petit squash and garlic mashed potatoes ($32).

Tartufi & Funghi Menu at Manzo in Eataly Las Vegas
Elevate dinner plans with tartufi e funghi, or truffles and mushrooms, featured on a special menu at Manzo. This limited-edition menu features the esteemed white truffles and high-quality wild mushrooms with special dishes, tableside Urbani truffle shaving, customizable courses and more.

Pantry will feature a lineup of specialty pancakes throughout the month of December. Stack options include Peppermint Mocha Stacks, chocolate pancakes with marshmallows and crushed candy canes; the Christmas Cookie Stack with frosting, sprinkles and sugar cookie; and the Celebration Stack, strawberry and champagne-infused buttermilk pancakes topped with gold dust and chocolate covered strawberries.
