Roy Choi’s Best Friend Opening

California culinary legend Roy Choi will electrify the Las Vegas dining scene with the opening of his Korean BBQ concept, Best Friend. Best Friend will reflect the culture of Los Angeles while serving Choi’s take on seafood dishes, noodles, barbecue and more. Customized slushies and a bar serving creative cocktails will be available in the “liquor store” at the front of the restaurant.

La La Noodle Opening
Park MGM adds to its portfolio of original restaurants with La La Noodle. Serving authentic Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai cuisine, La La Noodle will be a casual destination where guests will enjoy a lively yet relaxed atmosphere while savoring a selection of noodle, seafood, meat, vegetable and rice dishes.

Eataly Las Vegas Opening
Eataly, the authentic Italian marketplace, will open its Las Vegas location at Park MGM Dec. 27. The Eataly Las Vegas experience will offer authentic Italian dishes, from tried-and-true Neapolitan pizza and pastas to specialties such as regional Italian street food and hand-pulled mozzarella and burrata cheese made in-house, all helmed by Executive Chef Nicole Brisson. A wide variety of Italian desserts and sweets, including beloved favorites like house-made gelatos and cannoli, will round out the Eataly experience.

NoMad Las Vegas
NoMad Restaurant and NoMad Bar are now open. Hours of operation:

    • Fri. – Sat., 8 a.m. – 2 a.m.

Double Barrel Roadhouse Closure
Double Barrel Roadhouse at Park MGM closed on Sunday, Nov. 4. Details on a new concept for the space will be made available in the coming months. During the closure, guests and visitors are encouraged to visit the resort’s other dining destinations including Bavette’s Steakhouse, Primrose and Moneyline Sports Bar & Book. Sadelle’s Opening

Sadelle’s, the vintage-style restaurant and bakery native to New York City, will make a Las Vegas Strip debut late December. The all-day dining concept will transform - from a breakfast-centric haven to a power lunch hotspot to a relaxing dinner locale - all while delivering distinct culinary experiences with each transition.

CATCH Las Vegas

CATCH Las Vegas is now open at ARIA and is located just off the main resort lobby. Known for attracting A-listers from around the world, the restaurant’s debut on The Strip brings epic renditions of opulent seafood, sushi and steak. The dining experience offers an elevated, interactive atmosphere from early evening to prime-time dinner, late night and special events.

    • Monday – Sunday; 5:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
  • Lounge:
    • Thursday – Saturday; 10 p.m. - 3 a.m.

The reimagined venue will re-open on Dec. 6 and will welcome guests with brand new cocktail and cigar menus; snack offerings and high-energy entertainment. With sweeping views of the Las Vegas Strip, the indoor-outdoor lounge will offer a taste of the tropics with a focus on classic rum selections and elevated tiki-inspired cocktails.

    • Sunday - Wednesday; noon - midnight.
    • Thursday - Saturday; noon - 2 a.m.

Diablo’s Cantina

Guests will be able to ignite their taste buds with tantalizing appetizers, wickedly tasty entrees, delicious desserts and tangy cocktails at Diablo’s Cantina, opening mid-December. The bold menu will boast vibrant Mexican fare deeply rooted in the culture and traditions of the country’s capital.




Celebrate the holiday season with festive feasts crafted by talented MGM Resorts International chefs. Menu highlights include Cervena Venison at Le Cirque at Bellagio, Honey Glazed Ham at Primrose at Park MGM, and Gingerbread Figgy Pudding at Heritage Steak at The Mirage.

Ring in the New Year at various MGM Resorts restaurants across The Strip with special menus, lush cocktails and lively festivities. Guests can feast on a delectable tasting menu at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand; sip to the sight of fireworks from The Primrose Garden at Park MGM; party under the Vegas lights with live music and drinks at the New York-New York Bridge Bash Celebration, and more.

Hundred Acre Ultimate Tasting and Dining Experience

The Hundred Acre Wine Dinner experience is a culinary event that will offer a vintage tasting from Hundred Acre Owner and Winemaker Jayson Woodbridge, paired with a five-course tasting menu of delectable cuisine from James Beard Award-winning Chef Shawn McClain.

Repeal Day
As a nod to the repeal of prohibition, Delano Las Vegas will host the largest Repeal Day celebration on The Strip. Libation enthusiasts are invited to swig, sip and swill the night away with classic cocktails, spirits and passed hors d’oeuvres. The 1930’s themed event will include live entertainment.

Vinyl Thursdays at Primrose

Park MGM presents Vinyl Thursdays, an interactive music experience that takes place in the Drawing Room at Primrose from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. every Thursday. Guests are invited to bring their own vinyl records to be played by DJ Eddie Mac; enjoy exclusive bar bites such as Garden Fries, Fried Chicken Provencal and Beef Tartare Crostini; or sip on signature cocktails like the Phat Manhattan with butter-washed Woodford Reserve, Dolin Rouge and Angostura bitters. Records also will be available for guests to choose from, provided by local record store Zia Records.

The Holiday Experience at The Park and VGK Watch Party
The Holiday Experience at The Park will bring cheer to the neighborhood each Friday – Sunday in December, as well as select special event days. Several quaint cottages will sell a variety of treats that evoke a bustling European marketplace – including German-style sausages from Beerhaus; candy apples and s’mores at Bonanno’s Sweets & Treats; and a collection of warm winter cocktails for guests 21 and older, such as hot cocoa, mulled spiced wine and hot toddies. Guests can wander through the festively decked Park and pose for holiday snaps with Instagram-able installations, such as a towering "LOVE" sign and large ornaments glittering with lights. Complimentary live entertainment will perform throughout the season.

Burger of The Month at Michael Mina’s PUB 1842
For the month of December, guests can curb their burger craving with The Steak Burger ($23), piled high with an 8-oz. angus beef patty, bleu cheese, sautéed mushrooms, horseradish cream and red wine demi, served with panko-breaded onion rings and BBQ-seasoned fries.

Heritage Sunday Roast at Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak

Every Sunday, guests can savor the flavors of an ever-changing, communal menu of custom creations designed by Executive Chef Matthew Chacho. Enjoy a tableside presentation of select roasted meats as the highlight of the special tasting menu, which changes monthly. To complement each course, the restaurant offers expertly curated wine pairings and deliciously crafted sides.

Burger of The Month at LVB Burgers & Bar
For the month of December, guests can curb their burger craving with the Texas BBQ Burger ($18) stacked with a beef patty, smoked BBQ brisket, pickles, whiskey grilled onions, cheddar cheese and arugula. The feast continues with LVB’s Burger & Beer Combo, which includes a Texas Brisket BBQ Burger, Coors Light and fries ($26). Guests are invited to celebrate the holiday spirit with the Candy Cane Eggnog Shake ($10), offered all month long.


December Specials at Carnegie Deli
Guests can indulge in a Breakfast “Hot Pocket” ($15.99), filled with pastrami and corned beef, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and caramelized onions. For lunch, Carnegie Deli is serving up a Steak Sandwich with gorgonzola spread and Carnegie Steak Sauce ($17.99).
