BELLAGIO
Snack Wagon Pop-Up Series at Harvest by Roy Ellamar

Each month during this fun pop-up culinary series, a guest chef takes over one of Harvest by Roy Ellamar’s signature snack wagons, offering their own specialty small bites as they travel table-to-table to chat with diners. The interactive series gives culinary aficionados the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes and mingle with their favorite chefs.

Drink Like a Local: Liberated Mixology Series at Libertine Social

Each month at Libertine Social, a local mixologist will curate an exclusive cocktail menu for enthusiasts to enjoy every Saturday and Sunday. The month of August will feature three specialty drinks made by Kinson Lau, mixologist and bartender at Herbs & Rye.

DELANO LAS VEGAS
Flights and Bites at Franklin Lounge

Flights and Bites, the new educational beverage series at Franklin Lounge, features a curated flight of spirits, an educational presentation by a beverage professional and perfectly paired bites from one of the restaurants on the Mandalay Bay and Delano campus. The August event will feature a Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey line-up and attendees will be guided through the experience by Whiskey Specialist Jennifer Holley. STRIPSTEAK small bites will be provided to complement and enhance the flavors of each expression. VIP ticket holders will have access to an elaborated discussion on whiskey and will get to take home their own bottle of Delano Special Selection Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Tennessee Whiskey.

Chef’s Table Pesto Pop-up

Eataly Las Vegas is celebrating all things pesto from now through August 4, including a special Chef’s Table pop-up on August 3. Enjoy $5 bites showcasing pesto in the following dishes: Trofie al Pesto, Bruschetta al Pesto and Insalata Genovese.

Vino Day at Eataly Las Vegas
Wine the day away at Eataly Las Vegas for Vino Day on Friday, August 30. Guests can celebrate with discounts on all bottles of wine in the Wine Shop and restaurants as well as enjoy complimentary tastings throughout the store, special Chef’s Table classes, prizes and more.

NOMAD LAS VEGAS
Lobster Fest at NoMad Bar

The seafood feast at NoMad Bar is the perfect meal for family and friends to gather around. The presentation of lobster starts with snacks of tempura, ceviche and miso-glazed tail, followed by lobster chowder with corn, potatoes and cheddar biscuits and the main course of grilled lobster, served with lobster salad, runner beans, tomato and artichoke. The feast ends with a blueberry cobbler for dessert.

BELLAGIO
Bellagio Pool Debuts the Hydration Cart

Stay cool at the Bellagio Pool this summer with the new Hydration Cart. The mobile bar cart features three signature cocktails ($27) or guests can opt to sip their favorite spirit mixed with coconut water, both served in a coconut ($25). Signature cocktails include Cantaloop, made with Grey Goose le melon, aloe vera liqueur, young coconut and frozen cantaloupe balls; Paradise Cove, a mixture of Bacardi pineapple, Bacardi oak heart, banana liqueur and young coconut; and Garden of Delights featuring Bombay Sapphire, watermelon liqueur, young coconut and frozen watermelon balls.

ARIA
Herringbone New Lunch Menu
Herringbone Las Vegas is now serving up a revamped lunch menu. The lunch selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches and mains features seasonally inspired dishes along with menu favorites. Highlights include Herringbone Fish Tacos served crispy Baja style with tomato and avocado salad, Pappardelle with Bolognese and grana padano, and a Power Bowl Salad with quinoa, kale, cabbage, sweet potato, garbanzo and apple vinaigrette.

MGM GRAND
MGM Grand to Debut Ambra Italian Kitchen + Bar

This August, MGM Grand will add Ambra Italian Kitchen + Bar to its array of culinary hot spots. The Strip’s newest restaurant and lounge will boast freshly made pastas, artisanal libations and sensual sounds, making it the place to begin a memorable night on the town. The main bar will elevate popular drinks with an emphasis on flavors and ingredients found in Italy, while a hidden speakeasy will transport guests through liquid history, honoring the beloved classic cocktails that continue to inspire mixologists today. Additional details on the new concept will be announced in the coming weeks.

 

PARK MGM
Mama Rabbit Bar

James Beard Award-winner Bricia Lopez has joined forces with Park MGM to celebrate the culture and spirit of Oaxaca – the birthplace of mezcal – with the debut of Mama Rabbit Bar in late August. Fusing the dynamic atmosphere of a Mexican tavern with the intimate and sexy allure of a speakeasy, Mama Rabbit will become Las Vegas’ definitive mezcal-and-tequila destination. Mama Rabbit will feature an impressive collection of tequila and mezcal, highlighting a wide range of Mexican flavors. Additional details, including opening information, will be shared in the coming weeks.

 

NEW YORK-NEW YORK
Guinness & Whiskey Flights at Nine Fine Irishmen

Enjoy a curated selection of Guinness or whiskey flights, inspired by Irish specialties, at Nine Fine Irishmen. Menu highlights include Beer Time with Guinness, a flight of four ($12), Jameson Whiskey Family ($32) and Emerald Isle ($65).

Diablo’s Cantina Now Serving Brunch

Diablo’s Cantina now offers brunch. Foodies and weekend warriors can revel in a daytime feast featuring south of the border favorites such as Huevos Rancheros ($13), Chilaquiles & Eggs ($14) and Mexican Steak & Eggs ($19). The full brunch menu can be viewed here.

THE PARK
Hello Kitty Café Now Open

Hello Kitty Cafe Las Vegas at The Park is now open. Located on The Strip between New York-New York and Park MGM, the special outdoor cafe experience serves a variety of Hello Kitty-themed sweets such as Hello Kitty cakes, cookies, croissants, donuts and ice cream.  The outpost also serves delectable beverages, from coffee and espresso drinks to an array of lemonades, iced teas and milk teas as well as merchandise that is exclusive to the Las Vegas location.

Guests can indulge in a fresh taste of summer with two menus at MICHAEL MINA Bellagio. The Summer of Mina Tasting Menu is a five-course experience with selections such as Sweet Corn Gazpacho, Hot Charcoal-Grilled Shellfish and Valrhona Chocolate Cake. Diners also may experience the season with the Summer of Mina Bar Menu, featuring a la carte small plates such as Roasted Foie Gras Sliders ($23), Clams Casino ($15) and Michael Mina’s Caviar Parfait ($19).

NOMAD LAS VEGAS
NoMad Restaurant Pre-Theater Menu

NoMad Restaurant offers a three-course theater menu, available on concert and sporting event days at Park Theater and T-Mobile Arena. Featured items include Kanpachi Ceviche, Wild Salmon and NY Strip Steak.

A light breakfast menu and a full brunch menu are available on weekdays at the café at NoMad Pool. Breakfast and brunch offerings include Chia Seed Pudding with lychee, kaffir lime and granola ($15); Moroccan Quinoa topped with guests’ choice of protein ($15); and The NoMad Breakfast, which includes two eggs any style, choice of bacon, sausage or avocado, plus multigrain toast, coffee or juice ($28).

THE MIRAGE
Burger of The Month at LVB Burgers & Bar

Guests can enjoy the Chorizo Royale ($17) with a beef and chorizo patty, tajin slaw, guacamole, a sunny-side up egg and fried onions, available only during the month of August at LVB Burgers & Bar. The feast continues with LVB’s Burger & Beer Combo, which includes the sandwich paired with a Modelo Especial beer and a side of fries ($26).

Pancake of the Week at Pantry
Pantry will be featuring a lineup of specialty pancakes every week for the month of August. Specialty stacks include the Root Beer Float Stack with ice cream and root beer syrup; the Sweet Coconut and Rice Pudding Stack with toasted coconut and caramel ice cream; and the Bourbon Vanilla Parfait Stack with vanilla bean yogurt, granola & marshmallow crisp and fresh berries.

Summer Pool Cocktails
Sip and splash at The Mirage Pool, with a selection of specialty cocktails for the summer season. Summer cocktails include refreshments such the Passionfruit Mojito, with Bacardi Superior rum, passion fruit liqueur, mint and soda ($13); a Skinny Pina Colada with Bacardi Superior rum, pineapple juice and coconut water ($13); and two for $12 Corona Extra or Corona Premier beers.

NEW YORK-NEW YORK
48th and Crepe: Crepe of the Month

Guests can pair a sweet or savory crepe with the perfect beer at 48th and Crepe in the village eateries at New York-New York. August’s pairing includes a Sweet Cherry Cheesecake Crepe with Philadelphia cream cheese, cherry filling and vanilla crème fraiche ($8.99).

EXCALIBUR
Summer Menu at Camelot Steakhouse

All summer long at Camelot Steakhouse, guests can enjoy a three-course menu inspired by seasonal favorites. The menu features a Baby Iceberg Wedge salad or Tomato Bisque soup to start, choice of Roast Prime Rib or Grilled Salmon and New York Cheesecake for dessert.
