Juniper Cocktail Lounge Introduces New Cocktail Class

Juniper Cocktail Lounge at Park MGM is giving cocktail connoisseurs and novices alike the chance to get behind the bar and become a mixology maven during the lounge’s new Juniper Cocktail Lab series. This interactive monthly mixology course, led by a member of MGM Resorts’ talented Food & Beverage team, will kick-off on April 6. In addition to the course and three cocktails, each participant will receive a souvenir booklet of the curriculum along with a mixology kit, complete with a shaker, strainer, jigger, tweezers, a citrus peeler and bar spoon.

Mama Rabbit Bar to Open at Park MGM this Summer
James Beard Award-winner Bricia Lopez has joined forces with Park MGM to celebrate the culture and spirit of Oaxaca – the birthplace of mezcal – with the debut of Mama Rabbit Bar in late July. Fusing the dynamic atmosphere of a Mexican taverna with the intimate and sexy allure of a speakeasy, Mama Rabbit will become Las Vegas’ definitive mezcal-and-tequila destination. Mama Rabbit will feature Las Vegas’ largest collection of tequila and mezcal, highlighting a wide range of Mexican flavors.

Details about Mama Rabbit’s design, beverage and culinary programs will be shared in the coming months, leading up to the venue’s opening this summer.

Eataly’s Chef’s Table: Classes, Events and Tours
Eataly invites guests to discover the stories behind their recipes, chefs and producers through classes, events and market tours. From hands-on pasta labs to storewide wine tastings, the events are designed for food lovers and the food curious.

Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil Weeks
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Weeks at Eataly Las Vegas will kick off on Monday, April 29. Guests are invited to discover all the ways to enjoy Extra Virgin Olive Oil – from authentic Italian dishes to Eataly’s sweets and pastries – with two weeks of demos, tastings, specials and more.

Death & Co Cocktail Book Signing at Juniper Cocktail Lounge
Death & Co, the notable New York-based cocktail institution, will host a special pop-up book signing event at Juniper Cocktail Lounge. Guests can purchase Death & Co’s signature libations as well as partake in an exclusive book signing with the lounge’s co-owners and authors of Death & Co: Modern Classic Cocktails, David Kaplan and Alex Day. The book is a definitive guide to the contemporary craft cocktail movement, with recipes of Death & Co’s most iconic beverages.

Death & Co. Guest Bartending at On The Record
On The Record, Houston Hospitality’s speakeasy and club at Park MGM, has assembled a team of the country’s top bartenders from both coasts to guest bartend in the venue’s intimate cocktail and music-driven Vinyl Parlor. On May 10 and May 11, guests can taste signature cocktails by the bartenders of Death & Co. in the speakeasy and club’s hidden bar.

Eataly Gelato Cart at Park MGM Pool
Guests can keep cool at Park MGM’s pool with a new gelato cart series by Eataly Las Vegas, complete with a rotation of authentic Italian gelato flavors. The gelato will be available for purchase throughout the day at the pool.

JEMAA Opening Weekend

JEMAA - The NoMad Pool Party, a seductive and elevated weekend pool party experience, will debut on Friday, April 12 at NoMad Las Vegas at Park MGM. The opening weekend DJ lineup will include Mayer Hawthorne on Friday, April 12, Academy Award-winning hitmaker Mark Ronson on Saturday, April 13, and DJ Five, closing out the weekend, on Sunday, April 14.

JEMAA’s unparalleled food and beverage offerings will set it apart from other pool parties on The Strip. The team behind the NoMad has created JEMAA’s menu of whimsical poolside plates, including the Humm dog, shrimp tacos and fried chicken. The beverage menu, curated by award-winning Bar Director Leo Robitschek, will include jaw-dropping cabana-side cocktail fountains and elaborately garnished cocktails.

Snack Wagon Pop-Up Series at Harvest by Roy Ellamar

Each month during this fun pop-up culinary series, a guest chef takes over one of Harvest by Roy Ellamar’s signature snack wagons, offering their own specialty small bites as they travel table-to-table to chat with diners. The interactive series gives culinary aficionados the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes and mingle with their favorite chefs.

UNLVino Grand Tasting at The Mirage Event Center
The UNLVino Grand Tasting will take place at The Mirage Event Center as part of UNLVino’s 45th annual wine and food festival. Wine and food enthusiasts will indulge in a premium selection of wine, spirits, craft beer and other beverages, as well as exceptional entertainment. Guests also will enjoy cuisine prepared by the Hospitality College students and prestigious Las Vegas restaurants and chefs. Proceeds will benefit the students of UNLV Harrah College of Hospitality.

Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest
Competitive eaters from across the country are training their stomachs for New York-New York Hotel & Casino’s 22nd annual qualifying event for the 103rd Annual Nathan’s Famous Fourth of July International Hot Dog Eating Contest in Coney Island, New York. The main event will take place Saturday, April 27 at 3 p.m. as trained male and female competitors gather at New York-New York’s Brooklyn Bridge to compete for the title “Nevada Hot Dog Eating Champion.” The two contest winners will advance to the July 4 finals in New York.

Back of House Brawl

Back of House Brawl, the popular local food truck cooking competition, makes its Las Vegas Strip debut at The Park. The fun, late-night culinary series features some of the city’s most talented chefs as each team battles to create two unique dishes in 30 minutes using secret ingredients.

The series continues Saturday, April 20 at 9 p.m., with drinks and bites available for purchase from popular food truck vendors, followed by a midnight mixology battle and the cooking competition at 1 a.m.

Sunset Hour at Sadelle’s

Sadelle’s now offers a unique take on happy hour with a special Sunset Hour menu, serving select bites and libations. All wine and cocktails on the menu are $7, along with $5 beer selections. Food options include specialties such as Tuna Tartare ($10), Pigs in a Blanket ($7) and Salmon Rillette ($8).

Sadelle’s Theater Menu
Before a show or an evening on the town, guests can enjoy a specialty three-course theater menu at Sadelle’s for $33 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Featured items include Tuna Tartare, Garlic Chicken, Rigatoni Bolognese and Babka a la Mode.

Spring Awakening Cocktail at Lily Bar & Lounge
Guests can embrace the spring season with the Spring Awakening cocktail, available all month long at Lily Bar & Lounge. Spring Awakening, made with Hendrick’s Gin, St. Germain, lime juice, muddled cucumber wheels and St. Michelle Brut, will refresh and awaken the senses with its sparkling effervescence ($20).

Rivea Patio Now Open for Spring and Summer Months

Patio season is back at Rivea. Now open, guests can enjoy spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip from Rivea’s beautiful outdoor patio while enjoying exquisitely prepared French cuisine by Alain Ducasse. Patio seating is open for dinner service nightly, weather permitting.

Social Sessions Series Returns to PRESS
Kick off patio weather with the return of Social Sessions at PRESS at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. Social Sessions are held on the second and last Thursday each month on the spacious outdoor patio. The events will be accompanied by entertainment, passed small plates and complimentary cocktail samples featuring the weekly featured spirit.

Best Friend Launches Chef’s Tasting Menus
Explore Best Friend’s menu the way Chef Roy Choi intended with two new tasting menus, available nightly.

  • L.A. Love Story menu, featuring Elotes, Kogi Tacos, Carnitas Tacos, Slippery Shrimp, the Chego Belly Bowl, A-frame O.G. Ribs and a Medjool Date Cake ($50 per person, plus tax and gratuity).
  • KBBQ menu, which includes a Banchan sampler, the Los Vegas Salad, BBQ Kalbi Beef, BBQ Spicy Pork, BBQ Garlic Chicken, Uni Dynamite Rice and Strawberry Cheesecake ($65 per person, plus tax and gratuity).

Latin Social Night at The Still

Beginning Friday, March 29, The Still will host Latin Social Night. Every Friday night, guests can dance the night away to the city’s best Latin DJ and percussionist duo who will play a mix of hits from the Latin and pop music scene. Drink specials include Dos Equis draft beer ($5) and Patron tequila shots ($5) during the event.

Burger of The Month at LVB Burgers & Bar
